Awful customer service!
Just had a delivery driver drop a parcel off, that was on the phone did not speak to me or make me aware what the parcel was or who it was for then as he left reception spat!!!! Rude, disrespectful. Awful customer service!
Amazon Flex isn’t paying me
It was my first day and I did two blocks. Amazon is only paying me for one. They are letting a small technicality keeping me from being paid the 2nd block. I arrived early for the 2nd block and apparently didn’t check in on the app. However, I scanned all the packages at the station that I was given and delivered them. But for some reason they still aren’t acknowledging a 2nd load. But common sense should kick in when they see I delivered almost 90 packages. That’s 8 hours of me time and gas, and they only want to pay me for one block! I’m a seasoned driver for Door Dash, and Uber Eats, and I’ve never had problems getting paid. I would expect a much better experience from Amazon. Not a great first impression, Amazon!

For a month from now I had being adjudicated an issue in my standing details of deliveries I didn't make because ALL packages were returned to the warehouse as indicated by an Amazon Rep over the phone, I NEVER delivered any packages this day 07/26/2022 because the first stop was 50 minutes away from the warehouse and they gave me almost 50 packages for a 3 hour block. I have being calling and sending emails to fix my standing details because my account is at risk and ANYBODY could help me, they keep telling me insane messages or anything related what I am explains or asking for.... I am really disappointed because my account is at risk now and I cannot even select good blocks because a mistake from them....
This is Orlando FL... Also, one day it was a thunderstorm and the warehouse were closed, everyone called and it was secured that the block will be paid because the time wasted and they never paid...

I've been a driver for about 3 months and they steadily put packages in my route that there's no way I can deliver them on time I have over 20 late deliveries because of Amazon's poor planning in 0 support in Boston

Worst company to work for. They always like to suck your blood. I have done quite few deliveries and found out I ended up less than £4 per hour after everything. Example : recently I had 3 hours slot for £40.50. I left home 5:20pm then arrived at warehouse 5.50 pm picked up deliveries. 6pm I started my journey and by the time I finish my delivery it was 9:18pm.at this point I have already completed 60 miles journey and I discovered myself 35 miles away from home. When I am back home it was 10:15pm and I have done 95 miles on clock. It taken 12 litre diesel which cost £22.44. So I ended up £40.50 - £22.44=£18.06 after 5 hours. I will never work for them in my lifetime. They need to be investigated by proper authorities for their devil behaviour.

The support team need some serious training as the advice given is not uniform.
Many times I have been assigned the deliveries late, this is the depos fault not mine. I call the support team, they advise to continue the block as normal & then send an email explaining I have gone over the block time due being assigned the deliveries late. Get a reply to say, they have investigated and will not pay the extra time.
Even the deliveries are all over the place.
Not worth the time, effort & petrol.

I’ve been delivering with amazon flex for about 4 years and it has been a nice experience until today when I received this email:
As an independent contractor, Amazon expects that you will maintain customer trust, perform services in a professional manner, and follow the instructions provided to you by Amazon or the customer.
Within the past week, we received a report that you may have attempted to enter a customer's home or garage in an effort to deliver a package to a safe location. As a reminder, do not enter a customer's home to deliver a package. Do not enter a customer's garage unless the app provides step by step instructions to complete an Amazon Key in-garage delivery.
If you don’t follow our Programme Policies and Terms of Service, you‘ll no longer be eligible to deliver with Amazon Flex - even if your standing wasn't previously Poor.

That part makes you feel that you are nothing for Amazon, just a number, even when I always follow the the rules and I’ve never entered the house or garage of any customer. A customer can say anything and you as independent contractor from Amazon do not have any chance to explain yourself. They just assume that what the customer say is true. And let me tell something most of the customer are normal decent people but I’ve delivered to really mean customer that can make stories up in order to tarnish what your job and reputation.

I had my parcel delivered today and the driver who has delivered to my house before was so cheerful and polite. It makes such a difference.

Yesterday was my first day working for amazon flex. I always wanted to know what was It about. In my experience it wasn't that bad, but could it be better if the route were closer to where we pick up or at least if were able to pick our own route, just like we pick the pick up location. for example, I pick up in Norcross at 6:45 and my route was all the way to Marietta GA. I was supposed to be finished by 10:45 but it took me an hour longer to finish, I made my home at 11:45. One more thing, I think if the routes are going to be that far then the pay rate should be more because the fuel is very expensive and for some of us is not going to be worth it.

I was AmazonFlex delivery partner for a year and one day I get an email fromt hem saying due to "technical error" we had to close your account, create a new one. After a month of fighting to have them fix my account they told me " further communications regarding this account will be ignored"
I created a new account and they say now " we are not accepting new delivery partners in your area" So basically this leaves me in a situation where they kicked me out for no good reason and left me out to dry. Contacting them to look into this gets no results. I know that there is many blocks to grab and work because my fiancee continues to work and make money... Whereas I am just dismissed.
Be careful when you apply because when there is any sort of issue that requires human brain to investigate - you will always get some robotic preset algorithmmic response and no actual help.

I have been working hard for Amazon Flex for five months. I never had an issue until about two weeks ago. A shift manager, the type who says "don't you know who i am? i'm a manager!" That type, makes a problem for me and takes my run away. After being soft locked for a week, Flex get back to me and reinstate my account after "said" manager reported me for a policy violation.
I attend shifts after this with no problems or issues and then out of the blue, i get stopped at the gate, not allowed in, Staff at the depot refuse to speak to driver support, refuse to let me get my run, tell me i'm not welcome at Amazon Flex anymore because "the manager said so".
Just like that, a different manager who is exactly like the one i described above literally lies about seeing me on CCTV throwing a traffic cone at someone at the depot.
Just like that, i can book shifts but as soon as i turn up at the gate, i get told "you're not welcome here".
You may not believe me but i genuinely did nothing wrong. The staff even refused to let take a picture of the driver register where it has my name highlighted and leaves instructions to prevent me from entering the depot. It wasn't until amazon driver support asked for a copy of this register many times did they concede and let me take a photo of it.

Don't stress yourself to make billionaires get more rich out of your pocket.

I’m a current flex driver covering the West Midlands area.
Flex is probably the best part time job you can get. I’ve just had my standing reduced because of a couple of mistakes. Flex isn’t easy and I’d strongly recommend that anyone interested needs to know the City centre they could possibly be delivering in. You need to know where you can park and any current driving restrictions.
City centres are awful but you can go many weeks without getting a City block.
Amazon pay exactly what they say , no excuses and do that on a weekly basis. This job won’t suit everyone and I could still fail myself yet I’ve loved every minute of it.
