We love the personalization that was provided with our memorial sign for our English Mastiff. The order arrived in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Update: Customer Service finally got back to me and issued a full refund of my purchase. Still, we ordered from these folks based on the high ratings. So upping to 2 stars for doing the right thing but their product quality is not there for the price point.

Their customer service is as flimsy as their signs. Our order was shipped from Vietnam, they all may be, but with zero rigid package protection so the item was bent and wavy. Contacted customer service who responded, asked for pictures then ghosted us. So have wasted $ and a ton of time on a flimsy product that they will not support. I'd take my business elsewhere.

It was very easy to order, came faster than I expected and is thicker metal than I thought it would be too. I haven't hung it yet, it's going on an address rock, but really looking forward to it and hope it looks great!

Very happy with my amazing metal sign. The quality is very good and the design was exactly as represented and the pricing was reasonable. I do wish it was packed with a board or something rigid as the box was bent during shipping so the sign has a slight bend in the center that will not come out.

Very pretty sign. Super flimsy material and easy to bend. Would benefit from structural reinforcement, specifically on the legs and back.
