We had a lot of fun on the Mystery Picnic in South Canberra. It was a present from our son & daughter-in-law. A lovely way to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. The questions and quiz were thoughtful and made us laugh a-lot. The food vendors were not always top notch, but overall, I would highly recommend this as a great concept to celebrate with a loved one.

What a great experience, the day out ran smoothly and everybody involved were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Did the Swan Valley mystery picnic for our 30th wedding anniversary. This was the first one we have done and found the whole experience fun… the food that was provided was on par and the questions/clues were enough to make us think hard. Can’t wait to do another..

The South of the Lake picnic in Canberra was amazing! Thr food was exceptional. We also added on the self-drive boat option which I would highly recommend.

It turned a standard Saturday into an interactive scavenger hunt. Some clues led us to hidden culinary gems we had never noticed before, while others took us to iconic local landmarks, adding a great sense of discovery to the day.

The selection was impressive—fresh, delicious, and clearly curated to showcase the best of the city's food scene. Mystery Picnics are a win-win for those who picnic and the establishments that provide the picnic fare. I’ve been on 2 picnics and they’ve both been fantastic. We get to see places we didn’t know existed and collect yummy food on the way. I highly recommend the Mystery Picnics to anyone and everyone!

Customer service is very responsive and easy to work with for dietary restrictions and custom experiences. The mystery picnics are well thought out and the clues to solve were just tricky enough to be fun, but not difficult enough to be frustrating. All the vendors we visited were briefed well and knew exactly what we needed for the mystery picnic, and coordination was seamless.

We did the Paddington mystery picnic. The different locations we went to were great. Lots of interesting local knowledge and there were great tips about things to see, which we did. The pick up points were easy to find and every one along the way were prepared for us and friendly. The food was good and our last stop where we ate was lovely. We had the best weather as well, which helped to make our day even more special. Highly recommend and will do another one with friends next time.

It was a fun adventure with friends. Quality of food provided was excellent in Newcastle. My brother did centennial park and food quality was mixed. Wouldn’t repeat it in the same location but would recommend to first timers. Value is a bit low.

This was poor from start to finish. We booked the Cotswold mystery weekend, confined the date we wanted was available twice before we paid for it, booked it and didn’t hear anything for two weeks. We then emailed them to find out what was going on, for them to say “I know it must be frustrating, but unfortunately the date you booked isn’t available and that’s why you haven’t heard from us”, I mean that’s poor customer service in itself. We went back and forward and they offered us a Premium picnic upgrade free of charge. Then we thought the matter was resolved.

We went to check-in to the hotel to be asked to pay as payment is required on arrival. I said we had already paid through AmazingCo, to which they said payment is only accepted on arrival and that we would need to sort it out with the company. So, we rang AmazingCo again and notified them of another issue. After many questions they then proceeded to resolve the issue. This took an hour of us going back and forward. The hotel was nice and the food was good, what was interesting is the hotel bill was £154, not the £242 that we were charged through AmazingCo.

The next day we did the picnic. The Cotswolds were lovely and the villages were very picturesque, although we couldn’t stop at the last stop as it was too busy and there were no parking spaces. However, with a premium upgrade the picnic cost £110. For this the food was incredibly underwhelming, and I would have expected a lot better. For £110 we received: a plain baguette, cheddar cheese, box of crackers, 2 x sausage rolls, 2 x chocolate brownies, a chickpea salad and 2 x cans of soft drink. We found this quality and quantity appalling.

We have done the Dorking picnic before, the quality and quantity of that picnic was miles better value for money.

All in this experience cost £316. I wouldn’t ever book with this company again

The food choice and quality was amazing! There was a lot of food and no way could we get through it all! We did drive between destinations though and kind of glad we did as they were quite far between each other and could be hard to carry everything! Would also be good to have the meats/cheese near the end so it wouldn’t go warm? But overall 5 star and would highly recommend! 😊

Such a fun and lighthearted experience, with enjoyable challenges along the way. I especially appreciated that every stop featured local businesses—it made the activity feel authentic and community-focused.

So this was a present that was gifted to me and we chose to use it for the Hyde Park AmazingCo day.

We followed the clues and stopped for a drink along the way to decipher our next clue.

There was a lot of walking so we were glad it wasn’t too hot, but after all the unbelievable food we got to eat along the way it was burned off pretty quickly.

I was would highly recommend doing one of these as a date day and a way to reconnect with your loved one

This was a fantastic experience. The clues were fun to solve but there were ways around them if too hard. It was fun to go to different places and collect a variety of produce. All staff at each establishment were very friendly. The food was delicious and the final picnic spot was beautiful and well chosen. A really delightful way to explore the Yarra Valley. Already booked our next picnic for Mother’s Day!
