Abusive management and mobbing in team: employees are quitting every day literally, even though they are mostly barely 25 years old.
The "managers" are juniors with no experience of the working world.
It's a place full of good intentions, then again so is hell.
Bad management & to top it , NOT the trust and the transparency they proclaim!!!!
