I bought the keratin hair mask it smelt really nice and made my hair look nice and smooth

Love this brand! I’ve been using it for a few years now and it has been great for my hair. I colour my hair a lot and straighten it constantly and this always manages to keep it in good condition. I know it works too because whenever I switch too a different shampoo and conditioner my hair never feels as nice. Definitely recommend!

I was recently sold the everyday shampoo and conditioner combination at my local costco. I was advised that this was the best shampoo around and I hardly need to use a lot, even though I stressed I have long thick hair. I was told the 1000ml bottle would last me a year as it lathers up so much. So I made the purchase, spending more than I ever have on a shampoo and conditioner, just to find I was completely miss-sold!
The shampoo barely lathers up, therefore I needed to use A LOT more than advised. I was also not informed that you need to repeat the wash at least 2 times. How is this shampoo meant to last even 2 months!?! The pump was also broken on the bottle so was very frustrating to unscrew and pour out when you're wet mid-shower.
Needless to say, I was very gutted about this purchase and regretted it immediately.
I contacted Amargan direct and communicated my complaint with the Managing Director. I would have accepted a new pump or different shampoo to see if I got on better with it, however he was not willing to help and told me to return it to costco.
Therefore, I took my used shampoo and conditioner and used my own petrol to go back to costco and return it!
Massive inconvenience and would never recommend them! I am out of pocket due to their poor quality.
