I received the wrong item, it was gold and not silver, I have no gold jewlery to mix it with so I cannot wear it. I messaged their support 6 times, and never received any feedback.

Keep distance
I ordered 3 bracelets and it took way over a month go be shipped. Every week they post that all orders will be shipped by the end of the week but nothing ever happens. If you text the support they find a pitty excuse everytime and promise that it will be shipped the following days. I ordered on the 21st of July. Today we have the 27th of August.
