Before I met Amara I was very unhappy…
Before I met Amara I was very unhappy in my relationship and I wasn't sure if it could ever change. But after a few weeks I started to feel very different about myself and also about my partner and I decided to stay. Now we're a lot happier and things are much better. Amara was really good at helping us get beyond the past and I felt really supported by the community. It was exactly what i needed to put my life back together.

Great support and feedback
Amara has been very supportive through my issues and concerns. I have felt very supported by all of those in the weekly group exercises and feel really comfortable about opening up about most of my issues. I have received a number of techniques and guidance in how to deal with the challenges in my life right now.
I still have lots of room to grow and heal but I know that Amara will be there and be very supportive to me.
