Awful Company

This company just scams people out of money! I never received my charm. I emailed about 5-6 times requesting a refund, as they had already acknowledged they had not 'made' it yet. They kept sending me the same generic email back, stating they can take 20-30 days to make/arrive; however, on their website, there is conflicting information everywhere about process time, postage, etc. I wish I had checked here before using them, I had to go through my bank in the end as fraud to get my money back. Honestly, it's great for the 'few' people who might have been lucky to get their item, but if I had my time again, I wouldn't bother, I'd use someone else more reputable and pay that little bit extra. the charm is incredibly sentimental and was to replace another I lost on route to work one day, so I appreciate I was eager to receive it but I ordered 09/04/2025 and I still haven't received and as of the 03/05/2025 they were still emailing me the same generic email to say it takes a long time, my order was being processed and once it was shipped id receive an update and to end the email I got an annoying message saying "we still cannot wait for you to receive your beautiful necklaces". Well, Amara Adorn, it's been over 30 days and still nothing...

Absolute Scam!

Absolute Scam!! Do not buy from this company!

I ordered from here at the end of April (for my moms birthday in early June) then sent an email as I realised I had uploaded the wrong photo, I was told them would check whether it could be changed and get back to me. I did not hear anything until I sent a follow up email requesting a refund nearly 3 months later, having heard absolutely nothing for nearly 3 months.

Upon requesting an email, I have been repeatedly told that they cannot issue me a refund as my order has been sent to the processing team, despite the fact that they have said they need me to send a new photo and caption.
This company is an absolute Scam and will steal your money and not send you your item!!

AVOID!!!

Ordered a necklace on 7th May then got an email to say that the necklace has been delivered to an address 30 miles away, have sent numerous emails asking why the order was sent to a totally different address, the company replied eventually saying it is at my local post office even though the item wasn’t sent via Royal Mail. Sent multiple emails asking for a refund with no replies. Then I receive an email from Evri to say that another parcel is out for delivery to the same address 30 miles away!! Amara adorn had confirmed that I had put the correct address at the time of placing the order so I have no idea why it had been sent to a random address twice!! I have since been trying to get in contact with the company but there is no reply! Will have to go through my bank for a refund! Scam company AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Avoid!!!

Ordered two necklaces three minutes apart and only one has been delivered. I was told it takes 20-30 days to make and deliver the necklaces. I ordered 05/03/24 and the first one was delivered 17/04 yet I am still waiting for the second necklace. I don’t understand why they didn’t just deliver them the same time!

I have had to email them constantly for an update and their newest excuse is apparently there wasn’t a name and photo attached, so how has it taken them 2 months to discover this? Surely is this were true they should have contacted me straight away not told me two months down the line after 6+ emails chasing the order.

Now asking for a refund but to no surprise I haven’t had a response.

Absolutely useless company, I wouldn’t waste your money or time on their abysmal customer service

Three days after emailing them back and leaving this review I have just received an email to say the necklace has been despatched. Very convenient they have magically found the photo and name that ‘wasn’t attached to the email’ and very strange how they state it takes 20-30 days but at the request of a refund they manage to get the necklace personalised and sent in three days.

Nothing but lies from their customer service. I definitely won’t be using this company again. Quick to take your money but not quick to deliver your purchase or respond to your emails (and when they do respond they just lie then ignore you when you pull them up on the lies).

Best purchase ever!

I received my necklace exactly 20 days after placing the order (comes from China) and it was well worth the wait! It arrived in a beautiful black box, adding an extra touch of elegance to the presentation. The necklace itself is simply marvelous, every detail is perfect. This is truly the best birthday gift I could have received since my beloved pet crossed the rainbow bridge. It means so much to me during this time of remembrance and healing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My order is perfect

My order is perfect. Delivered in 2 weeks which wasn’t too long to wait. It’s beautiful and the presentation of it in a box was a really nice touch :)

items never delivered

items never delivered
despite an email conversation between me and the customer service team, I am now on my 3rd month of waiting for delivery.
I ordered 2 items in december for a birthday gift in january...it is now march and no sign.
They won't even answer my emails now asking for money back or new order so i could still have the items i took time to personalise and order. They send you false tracking information that says its in transit, yet that hasnt changed in over a month.
do not order off this site if you expect to receive the thing you have paid for!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I had bought a necklace that I ordered the on the 9th of February and I have emailed them twice asking what has happened & where it is they have ignored both my emails, it’s now the 18th and I still haven’t received it, I have seen other review on here with the person saying they had the experience and that they have taken it through their bank, I think I’m gonna to have to do that. I have proof of purchase and I still have the email. No excuses.

I purchased 3 necklaces for my family!!!!!!!

AVOID.

I purchased 3 necklaces for my family. These are very sentimental. They were purchased on the 3rd February & despite 3 emails chasing the order, they have all been ignored. The package hasn’t arrived and not I’m having to go through my bank.

I have proof of order, email trails. No reply AVOID
