It’s a scam

It’s illegal. She send random items that are not what you paid for.
I wasted 264€, and she refuses to give a refund.

Black Cherry Wig

My order was delivered to me quickly thanks to Alisa. She was so helpful and eager to help me in ensuring my package came in time for my birthday. The color of the wig was exactly as I wanted and was exactly as displayed on the website. At the end of the day, I will definitely order here again because of Alisa.

*BEWARE* Purchase a wig from this company at your own risk. I ordered a 300% density Reddish Brown Wig but I received a very THIN Clown like ORANGE Wig instead. The company would not honor a return. Regarding the return policy: You are correct that our website states custom-dyed wigs are non-returnable. This policy exists because each custom order is made specifically for one customer and cannot be resold. Our team followed this policy when they declined your return request.

However, we also hear your core complaint: that the color you received looks nothing like the photos. If that is true, we agree that a $15 offer was too low, and that a simple policy citation does not fully address your frustration.

We would like to personally review the color discrepancy between your received wig and our listing photos. Please email [Manager Email] with your order number and clear side-by-side photos. If we confirm a significant color mismatch, we will provide a much more appropriate compensation — or, in exceptional cases, revisit the return request despite our custom policy.

My hair was taking a seemingly long time to get shipped so I messaged customer service. Emily helped me out and got my hair just in time for my event. The curl pattern is a little different than I expected but nothing too crazy .
