This hair is like fancy dress when it arrived i couldn't stop laughing, they told me to send it back i did and I was promised a refund but know they have blocked me on all sites.honestly I dont know how they get away with it.So dont look at al this hair thinking your hair will be all beautiful and flowing.i will be taking this further and you all should as these are confidential artists grifters and very clearly a scam site,They keep saying contact the after team which they have blocked me so they are liars aswll as scammers.How about you contact me and give me my money I believe that's what repretable company do.

Hello, I purchased a wig from this company. I purchased a Bob the picture on the Model of the wig showed Wanda. The wig. I received was another look. The wig hair is fluffy in the back missing and thin in the front to where I will have to purchase Hair and add Hair and do all that that was a purpose of me buying a wig. The seller reached out and they want to give me a discount the next time I order, but I’m stuck with a product that was not as described as what they showed on their website.

The first photo is the picture of what they have on the website. All the other photos are the pictures of where I received however, the company said that there was a Stylist that did the hair and made it fluffy, but if I purchased a wig from you based on the photos you showed that’s what the wig should look like.

Quality of the hair is horrible in the front of the wig. There is little hair in the front as Customer Service says it’s fluffy in the back of the Hair Customer Service service is horrible but That’s what I get for ordering hair out of the country. I just wanted a Bob wig…. this was a horrible experience. They only wanna give back $15 or something like that on the next water. If I’m dissatisfied with this order, I would never again as you are.

Customer service was excellent. I sent an email stating I would like to change my order and they made the change immediately. Which was awesome.

I always receive excellent products from this brand.

Due to logistics, I was unable to receive the wig I purchased in time for my event. However, I experienced a high level of professionalism and communication throughout the refund process.

Alisha was great - she help me during a rush hour . I had ordered my hair for my upcoming wedding and I was so worried about the time it will get to me . Alisha assured me not to worry she will make sure it arrived on time . I reached out and she always respond with that assurance . I received my dream hair not just on time but a very beautiful hair . The unit is by far one of my favorites. The hair is so soft doesn’t tangle too much, easy to put on a go. the one I got didn’t have the drawstring and was a little small. It would be great to have a more versatile size for us big heads but honestly it’s worth it . Customer service was pretty good too.

Just received my wig and she is gorgeous!! The first "put on and go" wig that I've purchased that I didn’t need to cut the lace. My wig had a customized color, so shipping took about 2 weeks. Customer service was very responsive and replied to my queries within a few hours. I was skeptical because of the price ($89 for a 14" loose wave, balayage brown color), but I am so happy that I made the purchase. I will be ordering from Amanda Hair again!

The hair is super soft and holds curls really well I was disappointed when I ordered a loose wave wig 26inches and received a lightly curled wig that was not loose wave and they also only offered me a 15$ discount on my next purchase when I offered to return however the hair is really good and the lace is good also I’ve added heat to the hair and it’s the same amount of softness as it was originally 2 weeks ago I’m not sure how it’s going to do after a wash but overall even with the wrong wig being shipped to me it’s a good quality wig. I definitely would prefer to receive the correct wig next time especially if I’m ordering something that is supposed to have extra density and a different curl pattern what I got was cool.

UPDATE: To their reply. I've sent 9 emails asking for the return procedure, and they keep sending different ways to try this and that with the wig. I only want to get a refund. I have no use for the wig. The cap is small, and the lace is not 13 inches from ear to ear as described. It should not be this hard to get a refund when your website says "for any reason".

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a highlighted curly wig online because the photos and videos looked beautiful. The shipping was extremely slow and took almost a month to arrive. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the wig was “custom made,” so I decided to wait because I really wanted the wig.

Once the wig arrived, I immediately noticed it was much smaller than advertised. It was supposed to be a 13x4 frontal lace wig, but it does not fit sideburn to sideburn and feels much smaller, closer to a 9x4. The wig has never been worn because it simply does not fit correctly.

I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund. Instead of honoring their own return policy, they kept telling me to get the wig professionally installed. There is nothing wrong with my installation skills, the wig itself is too small and not as advertised. I even sent them screenshots of their website stating they offer a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. Since then, they have stopped responding to me.

This is actually my second purchase from this company. The first wig I purchased last year was also not the same color as advertised online. It was supposed to be ash blonde but arrived bleach blonde. I chose not to complain and kept it anyway. Unfortunately, this second experience, combined with the poor customer service and refusal to honor their refund policy, has left me extremely dissatisfied.

The wig itself may look nice visually, but customer service and honesty matter. I am only asking for the refund they promised on their own website. Because of this experience, I can only give this company 1 star.

This bob wig is everything! Highlights in the front are so cute and the straight hair is very sleek. Definitely the perfect "throw on and go" hair for when I'm in a rush.

Love this hair so much!! I was afraid of the cap not fitting since I have a really small head. But the rep contacted assured me that it would be fine and if not to contact her back. When I received the hair it immediately gave me heart eyes and fit perfectly!! I will definitely order from this company again ❤️

I was nervous ordering after seeing mixed reviews online, but my wig actually came looking really decent. I still have braids in so I haven’t installed it yet, but the hair feels soft and looks good so far. I also reached out to them through Gmail and Instagram, and they were very responsive and reassuring, which honestly made me feel calm. Their customer service is really good.

Trouble with delivery FedEx left my package outside, but once I received my wig it’s curl pattern is fire and the texture is awesome
