Terrible delivery company they work with

I orderd for 650€ pc stuff on 11.11. 2018. Today is 16.12.2018. and my packet is not here yet. The first packet was lost by the delivery company, and the second packet they sent is on the same way to be lost. Yet is 4 days past from the expected delivery date and no sign of my packet. I will ask for full refund and never buy again until they change the delivery company Overseas Express to a more realible one. I live in Croatia.

I fully recommend - 100% satisfied

Ordered a whole PC in components and used their PC assembly service on 28th Nov. for 1300 eur. I gotta admit the PC assembly took 10 days, but it was mainly because I ordered a component that wasn't in stock at that time, but was supposed to arrive in couple days. Before ordering they even allowed me to pick a shipping company on my own. I went with DPD and they were great. They have shipped my fully assembled PC on 11th Dec and it arrived on 14th Dec. I can't recommend enough to everyone to buy from alza, this has been my 3rd order from them and I never had any issues whatsoever. They replied within hours on every inquiry I had about my order and they were very friendly about everything. Prices are very good and I recommend everyone to buy from them

I don t know how this company got this big

I ordered 5 stuff for 700 euro first time seeing this site i thought its a great deal but oh boy i was wrong.
I ordered on 24th of October and was told that everything will come on 29th of October. I ordered cooler master, graphic card, ssd, cooler and motherboard.
Master cooler arrived at 26th of October which was surprising and was told that second parcel will come on 29th.
So nothing came and i sended an email to them on 30th to ask if i can know where my parcel is since it didn t arrive and i couldn t find my parcel with parcel number that they gave me and answer was pretty interesting cause they didn t know where my parcel is either. So they told me that they sended the request to company to know where my parcel is.
I didn t get answer for 4 days and was constantly ignored and i decided to call them and ask them what is going on, parts are not coming i want you to tell me everything about return policy cause i want my money back (i didn t get an answer for that either which got me paranoid will i actually get my money back) and on that day i found out that they didn t actually send anything to the company and they told me that they will send it on that day and that they will get answer either later that day or the day after.
I sended them email the day after and i was ignored and then again the next day, ignored again same goes for the next 3 days and then finally on
9th of November I got an answer that said that they don t know where my parcel is that they are always deeply sorry which is so funny to say when u actually don t give a single **** and they sended me "the declaration on the word of honor" which means that if parts do come in future that i will decline it and tell them to return it back. That was also just funny just like this site but i did it and i got my money back the next day even tho i was ignored again when i asked them when will the money come after i sended them the picture with my signature that i won t accept the parts.

Just dont buy! It’s not worth the risk!

I never saw customer service this bad, it really feels like a scam, they dont answer emails, i even had to contact manufacturer directly for help, still no response. My order was made on October 9th, fully paid, i ordered 2 noctua fans, dp cable and Asus mg248qr monitor, but monitor was never delivered, delivery company never recived the package. After initial contact with their customer service and me sending them customer declaration, no response. No answer from them for the last 13 days, i’ve sent 7,8 emails and still no answer, they didnt sent the package again or returned my money, nothing. I was regular at their site, but never had to deal with customer service, so if you’re planning to shop there because it’s cheaper, dont, buy somewhere else because it’s really not worth the risk.

Do not buy from this Company I…

Do not buy from this Company I purchased a kayak September 11th still have not received it reached out to customer service several times they tell me I can check My order for any shipping updates it says it was shipped to my house which is not true because I work from home daily.
Also told them to have a manager reach out to me so we can resolve this issue and nobody ever called, tried to get a phone number for them. Still had no luck I purchased this from the kayak store. They have 0 customer service Do not order from this company you will get ripped off. Ryan hagen

Bought moto plus e4 only have it from…

Bought moto plus e4 only have it from 26 September and only used it on the 28 September but suddenly the screen has lost partial touch power on half of screen which doesn't allow me to access my phone - tried turning it off but it wouldn't allow me so on this basis I have received a faulty phone so I would not recommend - I'm hoping that I received a response as their contact form would not allow me to send as said phone number and email not valid - tried phoning but no answer

Perfect for me

Perfect for me !

The price is just incredible, I was astonished about it but I had been totally comforted when I saw I can pay with Paypal ! Indeed the package came in the expected time slot. I amazed !

Incredible!

Incredible price, so low you'll hesitate to order... But no, that's for real. And the delivery was veeeeery fast ! (Ordered Monday, received Thursday the same week !)

Very poor experience

Absolutely poor experience when interacting with so-called "customer service".
a) they don't answer questions precisely
b) they are even aware of the own promotions they are running
c) there is no consistency for customer experience between Alzashop depending on the currency you pay in. For £ discount, for € forget about it, you are considered as not worth any promo code on first order
d) they take ages to respond, because it seems customer service is not in close contact with the marketing department (as they admit)

I would absolutely not recommend to use Alzashop and will prevent all my friends to get trapped
