After buying a product from Alzashop and reading the reviews here, I became a bit skeptical.But everything was fine, delivery was prompt and responses were adequate. Irresistible prices and product availability makes the site stand apart.Recommended!

First time I bought from Alza and I'm incredibly satisfied. The package was perfectly wrapped and shipment to Romania was exactly on time.

They sent me a broken monitor and won't resolve the issue, they are stalling for 20 days, saying they will send courier but nothing. If I send them monitor they will probbably say that they haven't received it same as they did to other people.

Update 1:
Alzashop sent GLS to pick up package I will report when new monitor comes.

Fast delivery and affordable delivery costs. I missed only tracking possibility.

They were the cheapest by far, hardly surprising when I ordered a £700 electronic item and then they delivered a £100 BBQ!! Alza advised it was the delivery company that was at fault, but can't see that as my item didn't arrive at all. Fortunately paid via PayPal, delaying payment until goods were, or in this case NOT received.
They promised me a new item would be dispatched, but nothing. Beware, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!!
Obviously, if they have a change of mind and contact me to send what I ordered, I'll update this accordingly, until then, my advice is to stay clear!

I ordered a Delonghi Coffee Maker from the website which used the manufactures pictures and information and the product had different filters, not crema filters as illustrated. Alzashop investigated within the company, and then the manufacturer and concluded to give me full refund and arranged pickup. So I would use the company again and recommend Alzashop to anyone.

This was my first purchase from this company and I was put off initially by the problem my order had. But I must stress that was my first and only problem I had.
The complaints department delt straight away with my problem. This is the way to treat customers, they were polite, expert , and swift to resolve my concerns. I am very happy and impressed by this shop and will definitely recommend them to all my friends.
