Very good and reliable support
The M.2 SSD I bought turned to be defective. It could happened. After talking to technical support I initiated returning process. It was done supper fast and in a very straightforward way. Money was returned in a matter of ours after returning the item. Comparing to the return process for Amazon that is considered to be OK, it is so much better organized like day and night. After that I have full confidence in making orders from Alza.

Easy, fast, great prices
I found on Alza the product I wanted at the best price on the market. The order process was super easy and the delivery was in the next day, very early (I made the order in the late night). At the place of the pickup boxes I found also a super cool cafe :).

Austrian Post has informed us that your order is ready for collection. We have also received written confirmation from Austrian Post that you collected the parcel on 02/01/2025 and confirmed this with your signature.

I've had a great experience with Alza.at overall. Their delivery is quick and reliable, and customer service is responsive and helpful, even when I needed to return an item that didn't fit. Prices and quality are good, and I also appreciated getting a coupon when there was a minor delay. Definitely a solid choice for electronics shopping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dishonest company!
Returned a very bad quality TV in two days. They write you have 30 days. Got a message that they received the return. Two hours later got a message that the return was rejected because "you must return the product in its original condition, disassembled, in its original packaging (if possible) and in the same condition and value as you received it". No more information. My return matched EXACTLY ALL of their criteria.

Bad delivery service
Although I am happy with Alza's customer support, my overall experience wasn't very positive. The freight company GO! Express refused to carry the 85" TV to my apartment on the 7th floor, they simply left the giant TV box in front of the building! I asked the delivery person to bring it upstairs but he said I should find someone else to help me. I was in shock because I didn't know how to carry this box 7 floors upstairs! I paid extra for the delivery service, so it's only natural to think they would deliver it up to my apartment. Alza should make sure that the delivery companies they are partnering with are doing their job!

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct delivery to flats or houses.
