The product arrived fast. The vest is beautiful, excellent quality and looks chic. Will definitely get so much wear out if this as a staple layering piece. Love it!

Terrible aftersale customer service. I’ve bought a blanket and when I used (as in gently and by first try it pilled) the blanket the wool came off like little fluffs.
I emailed customer service and the only thing they could say I have to comb or shave a bit off if it’s still pilling.
That is the weirdest advice I have ever heard.
No compensation at all, only a lousy cheapskate advice for what I’ve paid for( €170)

Will never ever buy again from this company!
One star is even too much!

The warmth of the wool feels like a radiant glow around me. I live in the south of Western Australia, with chilly evenings and chillier mornings. The natural wool vest has shifted my attitude towards the cold. I can rely on it to keep me comfortable when at home, with arms unemcumbered by an extra layer of jacket sleeves.

I usually wear size 6, and ordered a Medium so it could be worn done up over other clothing. It is just the right size for me, with good coverage over the hips. A marvellous addition to my daily essentials wardrobe.

Beautiful brand making high quality woollen items. Vest/jacket is nice and warm, soft and comfortable and very versatile, matching easily with most of my winter dresses as well as jeans and jumpers. Will be getting a second colour.

I loved them but they developed a hole in less than two months!! Also worth noting that this was before I ever even got a chance to wash them. I can't imagine how they'd fare in the wash, given how quickly they fell apart after a mere seven weeks or so of ordinary usage!

Beautiful vest, will wear all winter

The clothing is about 4 to 6 sizes too small, my XL (16 to 18) fit my size 10 daughter. The size 6 didn't even fit my 3yr old grandson. So disappointed. I have tried to contact the company with no answer. After spending over $440, I would like some of my money back please.

Absolutely love Alwero and was so happy to find this vest. I have a Sherpa jacket that I bought from a stockist that I loved so much that I wanted something for when it’s a little warmer. It’s great for layering and the quality is fantastic

So soft, so nice

Sadly this company is a disaster to deal with. They sent through 2 items, one of which was faulty, one which incredibly undersized (a child’s item that stated 12 to 18 months and doesn’t fit out 11 month old).

They do not respond to emails in a timely manner and are refusing to provide returns information - there is no address on their website! So I am stuck with over £100 of unusable goods that seemingly can’t be returned!

There is sadly a reason such a small company has such a poor rating!
