I am not happy at all about taking my money without my concern and I would like to cancel everything and get my refund.

I never signed up for this but there agent was helpful

Total scam. I never shopped on this website and they keep on taking money from my account. Be careful

Edit- after contacting the company asking to delete my subscription, the customer service contacted me and offered a refund in exchange of 4 stars. The subscription is now deleted, and the refund shall proceed once this review is done.
I appreciate the effort provided by the customer service.

They work with ghostsites to force you in a subscription

After this review, they sended me an email that i should rewrite my review and after that they will refund me the money.
Big time scammed. Have reported this to the police and trustpilot and all other services.

They keep sending mails, they are spamming you until you would delete your comment.
Almost a year later and still they keep nagging about willing to pay if i would remove my review.
Dont fall for this. Its a scam on a high level

Total scam!!!! Didn't buy anything from them but kept taking £4.95 from my account every month! I did get a refund but it's not the point i did not sign up for anything and they had no right to take money from my account and more to the point how did they get my account details when nothing was purchased! Be aware and look at what is coming out of your account

I received an email suggesting I could receive a shein mystery box, if I answered some questions. I assumed it was a scam, so was very cautious but figured I'd complete the questions (not clicking any links or giving personal info). Afterwards, I decided I'd give it a whirl and agreed to pay a low price for a subscription. Afterwards however, I had second thoughts, and realised I didn't actually want a subscription. This was mostly because the information about the company, alwaystechgo was very limited, and the link between the subscription and Shein's mystery box seemed very ambiguous. It was hard to work out what it was that the company actually did. I decided to try reaching out to their customer service team to request to cancel my subscription. They answered immediately. A real, actual person too, not AI. They were so helpful, immediately cancelling my subscription, and also refunding me immediately. I was shocked! Even though I didn't end up with the mystery box from the Shein, given my positive customer experience with alwaystechgo I'd probably consider actually purchasing from them in future, now that I happened to come across their company by chance! I received great customer support, and they even reached out to me by email later on to check everything was OK. There's a lot of online sales companies that could learn some lessons in customer service from these guys!

Although I did not continue with Alwaystechgo, contact via online messaging was quick and issues dealt with effectively and efficiently. I wish everything else was this easy!

I attempted to purchase an item, which I paid for. However Paperartcard have no record of that. I was put into a subscription service that I do not have any knowledge of. Then they start taking money £6.95 out of your account every month. I obviously unsubscribed. I was told that my £6.95 would be refunded. I have yet to fully tackle the initial payment. Ultimately I didn't subscribe to this company. I tried to buy something which I will never receive. They then attempt to remove a small yet irritating amount of money from your account without any service or product being provided to you. So the first transaction is outright fraud. The second transaction where they bill you monthly for a service you didn't ask for is a highly invasive and sustained form of theft. It sounds obvious in hindsight but don't give your account details to companies and or commercials that seem a little cheap and nasty. Disentangling yourself from these immoral curs is a long and tedious process.

To follow up I have been offered a full refund.

Normally I don't fall for these Scams but eventually I did, I felt so stupid and cursing myself. These are the high tech SCAMMERS. Do not fall for these p**cks !!! I am trying to do as much as I can to avoid these p**cks to take money out from my account, Hopefully I will succeed.

Scam site! disguises as item promos then you get into a membership that automatically bills you. Scam company!!!!
