Over and above what I was expecting
Sheldon was/is superb. He came in to review a couple of sites but whilst on site realised there was more to be saved by combining sites together. The result was a huge saving.
I had always been sceptical with these rates review companies but Altus Group certainly destroyed that myth. Thank you

Easy to use portal and very easy to sign up! its comfortable knowing I don’t need to make a phone call to find out an update I can do this in my own time. Also any issues I have had I’ve been contacted straight the way with the issue dealt with professionally and within a timely manner.

Successful rate revaluation
We used the Altus Group to challenge our rates valuation. They were able to successfully reduced our rates bill, backdated to 2017, much to our delight. Throughout they were professional and our account manager Sam Cardew kept us fully informed at each step in the process.
