No management information since January 2026
We are a central London building management company that used KFH before it novated to Altus-PM
We have had real issues since January 2026 when inexplicably Altus stopped providing us with any management accounts or accounting information. We have had no arrears reports. We have had no access to any of our invoices since August 2025. We are basically flying blind and our Altus property manager says he also has no access to information.
Repeated enquiries to its managing director only result in him asking his accounting function if there is a problem. They never respond
Wondering if we are alone in this or if other buildings managed by Altus PM are suffering similar problems
