WARNING ‼️ I’m frustrated with the entire process from beginning to end. I have been sent the wrong medication because my chart wasn’t reviewed like it should have been by a medical doctor. I am frustrated that I called previously about this before the medicine was even sent and it still wasn’t corrected. I paid 129 for Tirzepatide and I’m receiving Semaglutide which I have never taken in my life, And when I called, I was told that it would be corrected and I even sent in my prescription from the past. You guys are providing false advertisement because on the website it says that is 129 a month for Tirzepatide and $89 a month for Semaglutide. If you want the run around, go ahead and use this company I wish I had a read all the negative reviews before I bought anything. I am a real customer.

This company PROMISED via text ( I have the string from start to finish) that no matter what , the price would not go above 129.00 per month for compounded Tirzepatide.. finished the first month..they billed my credit card $299 for my second months shipment!!!! They are misleading and fraudulent! They even apologized for their associates lies but still stuck to their story that they would not give me more product or a refund. I have a screenshot of those correspondences from them as well. Turned all of the info into my credit card company to dispute the charge. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Charged me double even though the advertisement said it would be $150. In the advertisement it stated that the cost would not go up but it did. $300 no refund as of yet. Sent countless messages via support chat B.S. responses. This company is straight up robbing people. Go somewhere else and be careful because AltRx .

I would have given 5-stars based on my initial interactions with customer service and the nurse practitioner that I did my tele-health with. I also could not complain about how quickly I receive my first month's medications. I have emails from the altRX Customer Care Team from May 22 AND May 25 where I repeatedly had them confirm plan pricing and was told "$129/month Tirzepatide is a flat rate and does not increase with your dosage increases over time". Twice that was confirmed, spelled out in writing, in emails from AltRX. Now it is time for my first refill and I see that I am being charged $299. I logged in to my portal and sent a message as well as immediately called their customer service number. I was advised that $129 is first month only. I told them I have 2 separate emails stating that the rate never increases and was told that I was wrong. I was given a refund of $170 for my refill since it was already in the works, but cancelled my account effective immediately. This is false advertising at it's finest and even worse, bold-faced lies!

Absolutely terrible experience. I submitted a cancellation request before my consultation had even taken place and before I had been approved for any prescription. I was told my order had been canceled. I even received an email confirming that the cancellation had been processed and that the charge on my card was only pending, would automatically drop off, and that I would not be charged.

The very next day, I received another email saying my order had shipped anyway. Despite canceling before the consultation, being told it was canceled, and receiving written confirmation that I would not be charged, they chose to continue the process, have the prescription filled, and ship it anyway.

When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund because they claimed the prescription had already been filled and shipped—even though that only happened after they told me my cancellation had been processed. I have proof of everything, including the messages and email confirming my cancellation and stating I would not be charged. Because of that, I will be disputing the charge with my bank and getting it reversed.

This company completely failed to honor what they told me in writing. Their customer service was frustrating, misleading, and unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistake. After this experience, I completely understand why there are so many negative reviews. I would never recommend AltRx to anyone. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that actually honors its promises.

Sent an email stating I did not want a refill. They acknowledged this and stated no refill would be sent. Then they sent a refill and charged me. I am not at the location the refill was sent which is why I stated NO REFILLS.

Do not fall for the lie this company is telling you. I was charged $299 my second month even though they assured me my fee would be $129/month. Just another price gouging company. When I asked for a refund they of course could not do that. Don’t get into business with this dishonest company.

Company flat out lies. I was charged $547. And I have yet to see an actual package. I know I’ll never get a package with my order in it. Going to bank tmrw to dispute these charges.

This company promised me $200 a month for 12 months, but then removed $2,400 from my bank account without my knowledge or permission. I’ve tried to reach them for the past 2 days, but to no success. A lady named Nicole Simone said someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours but that was a lie. I’m asking that my $2,400 be refunded immediately and will be asking my financial institution to complete an investigation into this company for fraudulent use

Made the first payment, received the meds, 2nd payment was going to be more than double the first. I called and cancelled, 3 days later, I received noticed that they charged my card, and were going to ship it. I contacted them again, and told them not to ship, they still did. I didn't accept the package and AltRX said they would refund my money after the pharmacy received the package back. Just received notice that they would not refund my money due to it being a compounded medicine. Avoid this company.

Essentially paid almost $500 for starter dose, lost 10 pounds (woohoo) but this company is straight up robbing people. Go somewhere else and be careful because AltRx is only one of their names. I could kick myself for falling for this "company" and their promises. While customer service did respond, it was all stonewalling. The last straw was when they sent out an "order," which I did not know of or agree to, from a second pharmacy out of Texas. At first notification of the order shipping, I notified AltRx of their error. Long story short: "wasn't their problem" once USP had the order. I was able to refuse the package, with the help of UPS, despite AltRx telling me I could not refuse it OR send it back. All untrue!
Additionally, this medication has done a number on my GI track. I would not have reordered anyway. I didn't bother inquiring of their "care team" because I couldn't trust any answer/information they gave!
In every way, this has been a most dreadful experience.

Don’t order! My first month was $129. Now they’re telling me it will be $299 plus the fees.

Prescription was issued 6/16/2026 it is now 6/22/2026 no track shipping label to press to see where gpl1 med is because it hasn’t shipped. I call customer service, Nicole states she will reach out to pharmacy tomorrow. It’s 4:10pm here I ask for pharmacy number she says she doesn’t have it she sends message to them 😆she said she will call me tomorrow to tell me what she found out that is if they respond 😆I do not recommend Altrx

Didn’t ask for b12 to be put into my GLP1 and also my medication did arrive after 4 days and was no longer cold at all. Will not be using for safety purposes but they will not resend or refund me.

SCAM. They take your money then send a different version than you asked for. When I explained I have an allergy they wouldn't replace it, refund me, nor send me the remaining months with no B12/cynocobalamin. Its been 3 weeks with no resolution, no product that safe to use and no refund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Update: they said they would ship out 3 months worth (without b12) its been multiple weeks since. Still no usable product.

I normally don't write reviews but I feel a need to help anyone else considering this company. Their introductory price was $129, which was great. My first shipment came in 2 or 3 days. First issue, the dose prescribed to me was 12.5 mg (Tirzepatide). Why would my starting dose be so high? I tried to reach out to them for clarity to no avail. I took the dose prescribed and became pretty sick. Since I couldn't get ahold of the company, I plugged my prescription into Google and Google AI advised me not to inject the medicine because the dose was way too high for a starting dose. They mis-dosed me! This is so dangerous. At this point I had already decided to cancel for my own safety but I was already scheduled for a refill. Second issue, the second month I was charged $299. This company is clearly predatory. Please don't use this company. I caught their mistake pretty early on but what if I hadn't? This could have made me very sick...or worse. And they're tricking people with dishonest pricing.

They bait and switch you with the price of trizepatide, but then they say that was for semiglutide. Any other discount that intrigued you will not happen. Liars.
