I tried to cancel and got the run around, tracking said I had received product but I did not. They say there working on it but nothing is happening. Product inferior. You don't get what you paid for.

Misleading pricing. Quantities were for 4 dosages, but I only received 3 1/2. I was approved for increased dosages but received the normal dosage. I have been guaranteed that I am no longer on auto-shipping and will not have any additional charges. However, I received an email today stating that they processed my order. I have received texts daily with the promise of no price hike. I have emails to back every statement that I am making. This company is not legit. False advertising at its finest.

I signed up using the link to their website from Instagram. They do a bait and switch. Advertise one website but then send you links to a completely different website and portal. None of the emails received had the same domain, which was sketchy. The portal for which I signed up has very little information and even after inputting the information requested, I received no correspondence from them, although I paid for a year's worth of weight loss medicine.

Exceeded my expectations. The quality of the item is great for the price, and it arrived securely packaged. Smooth transaction from start to finish

First time customer. First, they charged me instantly, but then could not send any emails to "gmail" accounts and suggested I get a yahoo email. I refused. Finally got my first shipment, the quantity I was to inject was wildly unclear. My dosage is 2.5. (2.5 MG? 2.5ML? 2.5 Units? IDK since all 3 are referenced.) They do not respond to messages or phone calls. They should be shut down, I hate to give them 1 star, but 0 stars was not an option.

False advertising. They advertise $89/month, locked in. No hidden fees, no monthly membership. I filled out the information, and the lowest price was a 3-month supply for $465 which is $155 per month. These GLP carriers need a massive suit filed against them for all their false advertising.

FDA must shut these people down!!
I was “approved “ online. I was charged prior to them telling me what was being sent.
Upon receiving notification that meds were being mailed, I immediately supplied copies of blood work and stated that I could not take B12.
Told too bad, meds were mailed and not refundable. Just to not use and next order would without B12 would be $60 more!! Oh, but I could receive a discount if I would purchase a 3 month or more discounts for a year supply!!

They’re good until something goes wrong…first month great I had been on Glp ones before. For the second month I asked for a higher dose which was confirmed but then they also confirmed they were sending it as the same dose and it was the same dose and I only found out because they did it again and then they don’t respond. I work in customer service and nobody’s perfect but good customer service should be correcting what was wrong and providing solutions to issues they caused. Now no one will respond to me. They basically told me they would send me a higher dose and it was the same one.

I ordered 7/4 and NO SHIPPING LABEL. They offered to escalate. If I do not have resolution by Monday I will dispute. How does one stay on this month-to-month with delays in treatment?!

This is ridiculous I order from them finally get my order and its 4 days late very hot and product is very cloudy. I immediately put it in fridge so I get a hold of ups which is the shipper I file a claim and win!!! Ok I thought no problem id get a refund ups paid alt rx for the winning claim right you would think the would just give me my refund...no not that easy I have no contact number so its only through the patient portal GASLIGHTING at its finest. I finally get a phone number mind you ive been contacting them since June 26th. I just want my refund and be done ...horrible customer service first guy couldn't even understand his accent was thick it wasn't his fault but he was more lost than I was . Alt rx please make it right !!!!

Looks legit, took my money without delay but haven’t received the Zepbound compound, it’s been almost 2 weeks, No response from message to them. Very disappointed!

Ordered from Trinity Meds June 27, still have not received my meds! Asked for a refund, and they say i have to wait for the pharmacy to tell them it is cancelled on their end. As of 07/17/2026 i have no meds and no refund! Ordered from AltRX to see if they could get me the meds, and come to find out that AltRX and Trinity Meds are the same damn company!! Asked for a refund from them, as im sure they will give me the runaround too.

I can't believe they have 73% 1-star reviews!! My experience has been seamless from start to finish. In less than 3 weeks I've lost 6 pounds!! I'm paying month-to-month and still in my first month, so I haven't ordered a 2nd dose. Customer Service has been extremely responsive, answering all of my questions promptly. They have guaranteed that my pricing is "locked-in" and will not increase, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Will keep updating ...

My first impression with Alt Rx was amazing. The first shipment went without a hitch. But now when I have an issue they have told me to sit tight they are working on a resolution. It's been 4 days NO resolution. They have not sent any updated responses for 2 days! I have now missed two doses because of their lack of patient customer support.

So it’s been 10 days since I placed an order with AltRx and no sign of the medication. Live chat promised “3-day shipping “ when I placed the order…NOT. Save yourself the stress of no correspondence and SUPER SLOW SHIPPING.

Haven’t received my medication is over 1 month and nobody seems to care . I feeling completely frustrated . I’ve completely rebounded and gained all of my weight back. Meanwhile they have my payment.

First order was fine. Received medication. Second order has been an absolute nightmare! I paid for the order 7/3. I still have not received anything. First they tried to tell me it was shipped but had no tracking info. Now they are blaming the pharmacy. Over the last 3 weeks they have told me they prioritized 3 different times and I will ħave answer same day. I’m still waiting. Overall, very disappointed.

AltRx advertises compounded GLP-1 medications, but after I placed my order, they added an additional ingredient without my authorization while describing it as a "recommendation." This was not simply a recommendation. It became the medication order submitted on my behalf without my approval.

I ordered tirzepatide, but AltRx attempted to include a cyanide-made synthetic B vitamin cyanocobalamin in the formulation, which I cannot take due to a gene mutation. I explicitly refused this treatment and notified them less than one hour after the order was submitted that I did not consent to receiving a medication containing cyanocobalamin.

AltRx ignored my communications for 3 days. Their eventual response was simply that my order had already been sent to the pharmacy. By that point, they had disregarded my prompt refusal and proceeded despite my clear lack of consent.

I have documented evidence of the timeline, including my immediate objection of this unapproved treatment.

I would personally avoid this clinic at all costs!

Average experience. The item is fine, but it looks a bit different in person compared to the online photos. It works well enough for my needs, but it didn't completely wow me.
