Ripped off by Altra UK

In May of 2022 I ordered and paid for a pair of Black Altra Olympus size 12UK shoes.
In short they have failed to arrive.
I have written many times to AltraUK and have received assurances that the shoes have been dispatched.
The courier service messaged me to say that the shoes arrived at Leven airport.
Leven airport doesn't exist.
As I have already said, I have written many times without anyone accepting responsibility for the missing shoes.
They were very quick to take my money.
I discovered that the parent company is in Denver, Colorado so I sent a recorded delivery letter to the CEO.
Absolutely no response.
I now realise that I have been scammed.
I am a 76 year old man who paid my money for shoes...the scammers are low life morons.
I hope they rot in hell.

£72 paid for nothing

£72 paid for trail shoes. No shoes arrived. After one month I contacted Altra via their 'contact us' section on website. No response. No customer service phone number given on website. Appalling.
