Apparently the parent compay of Reggora, which is a complete mess
Apparently the parent compay of Reggora which is an absolute mess of a company. They do appraisal software and services. One of their products is a virtual appraisal where they send a Property Data Collector out to the property with no appraiser licensing or experience who takes pictures, a lidar scan of the floor plan, and answers a questionaire. That gets sent to an appraiser who never leaves their office and does the appraisal with that information. After wasting hours of my time to get hired on as a Property Data Collector, Samantha Burns-Reid doesn't return emails, and keeps changing the requirements of doing the test order which is required before getting paid for any of these assignments. She seems completely incompetent at her job. Run, don't walk away from this position and anything that has to do with Reggora.
