Bad experience, but getting better
Altimed.
A company that supplies pharmacies.
You'd figure that they would be pretty much spot on with prescription orders right?
Wrong.
I've been waiting for 2 months for 2 pairs of made to measure compression stockings.
I need to wear these daily because I have leaking veins in my legs and feet.
2 months!
Why?
Well evidently their fax machine isn't working.
Fax machine in 2019?????
Not only that, they haven't bothered to tell any pharmacy that faxes them a prescription.
And, evidently, no one is monitoring emails either.
Utter disgrace.
EDIT
I've had an email back from Altimed, helpfully pointing out that their fax machines are working to their knowledge, and asking me to hand their phone number to the pharmacy so they can call them immediately to sort this problem out.
They've also pointed out that the reason they use fax machines is because the NHS insist they use them.
