Excellent German engineering and a beautiful machine
Ordered a Profitec Pro400 coffee machine from Alternative Brewing, easy transaction, excellent support. The machine arrived excellently packaged and was quick to set up. Beautiful German engineering, easy to customise settings with the external brew pressure adjustment, and temperature selector switch. The only thing I can't get used to is the 2-hole steam tip, so will change this to a 3-hole. A great coffee machine.

Fellow Raven Tea Kettle is great
the service was excellent - post arrived quickly.
the product perfectly meets my needs.
This kettle is beautiful - in design, function, and ease. I was looking for something to make a larger serve of chai for the fam on weekends and this has been perfect. So far, no difficulty with the small holes in the tea caddy (I was worried they’d get clogged or mucky from the milk) but I’ve been sure to wash it immediately. It’s perfect with other teas and I’m glad to have it. It has even saved me when I had lent my electric kettle to a mate in need.

Placed another order with Alt Brewing recently for some replacement Bialetti seals because everything always arrives so quickly, and the seals were just the right size for my two stovetops that I bought in Italy ages ago. Great online store for coffee making products
This web store has a huge range of barista and coffee products. There have good review and information about their products which are priced competitively. I recently ordered a Varia VST grinder and some accessories. These all arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I can recommend them and I'll be ordering more coffee gear from Alternative Brewing in the future.

The items I ordered came quickly and are if great quality and made a great cup of coffee with them. It’s a lovely asset to my suitcase. I spend alot of time nursing in very remote communities far away from a decent coffee. I have been using coffee bags but this is so much better. Highly recommend.

Scammers … HEALTH HAZARD defective products and have…
Scammers … defective products and have taken their telephone down. A sign to shop elsewhere.
I don’t think these guys know customer service. Fluffy words but do nothing about the problem.
Frothed was cheap steel that rusted and didn’t work properly and so they said send it in, 3 mnths later they I get an email and they said they can’t find the fault and sending it back. Scammers have even take there phone number down. Too many complaints I bet….
Further to my initial complain and your weak acknowledgment of this defect. Any rust that is removed particulalry of a bonded type metal as this is loses its integrity and becomes porous releasing toxins into one’s system.
I certainly hope this product is removed from the marketplace earlier rather than later.
This is a Health. hazard
