Good service and fast shipment

Customers service answers fast and goods was shipped very soon after the order was placed.

Only minus in my case was the delivery done by UPS, who first of all required that somebody signed for the delivery, meaning that I should be at home, when they arrived. Afterwards UPS did not register the changes in the delivery adress (due to the requirement), which means goods were delivered one day later.

Product descriptions - 1.
Overall - 3.
Fx. - I would like to know what the package contains. Will I get a knife in the set when buying a lawn mower?
This is not obvious. Fx. Bosch does not attach the knife.
