I had several issues with Internet…
I had several issues with Internet connection and couldn't open important messages but each time I had an issue there was always someone from alternaleaf customer service to help me out, namely somebody called Lisa. Thank you finding solutions to my issues.

A life changer
After many years of self medicating (,on and off) with cannabis i discovered there was a legal way to do this. I have various medical conditions that cause constant pain and fatigue, and the only thing that helps at all is cannabis, the opioids i am prescribed help but don't help enough.
So, the process was straightforward. After the initial consultation with the pharmacist there was a 4 week wait time to speak with a consultant. Both were very helpful and listened to my concerns (obviously my medical notes spoke for themselves too).
A day after speaking with the consultant I received a message to say my script was ready to buy. 24 hours later I picked it up and last night tried it for the first time with excellent results. I have 27% THC for nighttime and 23% for day. My sleep last night was deep and actually felt quite refreshing this morning (ordinarily I sleep badly due to frequent waking with pain, even with street cannabis).
So, all in all I will be recommending this service to my friends who suffer with their pain.

After years of wanting to go with a medical clinic “alturnaleaf” I see they have lowered the cost to £5 per month!! very very low price from what most others are charging. After years and years of wanting to book an appointment but not being able to due to due to the HIGH cost of medical cannabis appointments. I went online and booked my self in and what can I say it was prefer from start to finish I got a consultation within the same day they had a doctors appointment what I was shocked never hear of a consultation and doctors appointment in one day anyway had both appointments “was so nervous” but the lovely staff was warming and very easy to talk to I got accepted the following week (MDT) and now waiting on my prescription for my medication. 5/5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This will make my life so much easier to manage with my conditions. If you are debating on a clinic Alturnaleaf is the one simple and straightforward!

Good but could be better
Fast process once you understand what is happening. The payment process for the consultations says it will process the payment after the consultation but, in my case, it took the money beforehand. Otherwise the consultations were clear and to the point. The pannel decision took a while and I didn't get any updates during that time but I got the email once the decision was made. The pharmacy process is straightforward but it took me a while to figure out which accessory to buy with the vape cartridges.
Overall, the process is rather straightforward and they do keep you updated most of the time.
