After ordering 100grm and paying an additional €12.50 for customs.only to receive 5ogrm .I now have to pay an additional €12.50 for the forgotten 50grm.thats why only one star. Up to now not so happy with the service.

Just finished my first 50g pot from…
Just finished my first 50g pot from Altai I gave it a chance but unfortunately I haven’t felt any benefits, I’ve used shilajit for 2 years now long before the tik tockers & social media started the advertising & scamming , when I first started using shilajit I felt the benefits it was amazing gear unfortunately the original company that supplied me couldn’t get it anymore so had to shop around, unfortunately still haven’t found the genuine product Altai was promising but another failed attempt to find the genuine stuff.

It’s possible that there’s an import fee to pay before they deliver to your address. Either way I believe if you are able to contact the local postal service in Belgium and give them the tracking number they can provide further information and deliver it for you.
