This was nearest to that that I have been able to find definitely more energy and sharper mind

Very much recommended. It is hard to choose between so many Shilajit suppliers. But I am glad I chose this one among the 3 I tried (based on reviews) Altai Mountain Shilajit had super fast delivery. But also attention to detail in the packaging. Difficult to say if this Shilajit resin is superior competitors's but the service, customer focus, and follow up of AMS inspire much confidence, significantly more than for its competitors.

My first dose I felt a bit of a tingle and what I thought to be the effects of the shilajit. But since then it I’ve not really felt any effects of this product. I am not sure what to expect but I’m not sure it’s doing an awful lot
