Returning item with missing payment
Missing specs information from their site led me to mistakenly buy a product which I've only noticed it won't fit my needs upon unpacking it. This shouldn't be a problem since, according to the EU legislation, I am entitled to return the product within 14 days without having to pay anything as far as all remain intact, which I did and have proof of it.
The lady from the store took 10% from the product price just because it was a return without malfunction. This is outrageous. Not only for taking what is mine but also for the lady's attitude. Even their Terms and Conditions, which I have read, doesn't mention such information. Don't recommend and will never buy from them again.
