I got an Ivory thobe from them and from the beginning the customer service was great. I placed my order while on vacation and they messaged me to make sure I put the right address (my home one) and where by my side and stayed in contact from before shipping and all the way until it arrived.

Highly recommend, quickly received package, Thobe was of very high quality and sleek design with nice colour options. Also donated a portion of what I paid to charity which was a great touch!

Durable thobe. Have tried many thobes from plages in the Middle East, can say this is genuinely one of the most high quality thobes I’ve worn compared to ones you find at cheaper high streets in London. Eid outfit sorted for the year and will make a good present for family.

The thobe is nice from the colour, design to the sizing of it. It was packaged very well and you’re welcomed with a nice smell when you open the bag. And just like advertised, it’s water repellent. I ordered on a Sunday and it came on a Tuesday which is fast and of a professional standard. Customer service is active and professional if you need it. I’ll check back in again when I next shop for a thobe.
