Be WARNED

Be WARNED! Absolute criminal how this outfit is run.

January, I ordered a pair of boots due to what seemed good pricing (£230)

It has been an absolute nightmare customer experience!

March, I have now finally, received a part refund (£114). This is due to refusing the boots, and being subjected to over £100 in import fees from UPS due to the ridiculous BREXIT Tax!

So now I have nothing to show for losing over £100, much stress, and incredibly long wait times for delivery and refunds.

UK Customers - take note, AVOID this if you value your health and finances.

I will never again use ALPINSTORE.COM

If you are base on UK, they will charge you a good amount because of the delivery, something that is not explicitly stated...

On the website, you will see that delivery is free if your order is over a certain amount, but that is not accurate... I tried to save some money, and in the end, I had to spend over £74 for the delivery to the UK

Bought shoes and insoles and the…

Bought shoes and insoles and the insoles were the incorrect size. I tried to return them for a refund and even though the website says 30 day money back gaurentee the first offered me 25% back and keep the insoles then offered 50% and to date have been unable to get my money back. I'm fine with the shoes and am really frustrated.

They don´t react

Ten days after ordering, it turned out that the package was not the right size. Strangely, the carrier did not make this a problem until the package had already travelled 800 km. Consequence: it was returned to Alpinstore.

After contacting customer service on 25 January, I was offered to send it to my home using another courier service. I gladly agreed to this proposal.

On 31 January I discovered that the package was back at Alpinstore, after contacting customer service this was confirmed.
After that, all my questions were left unanswered

Very bad experience

I asked to apply the discount for those who sign up for the news letter, which I realized when I had already clicked on the payment, and was told that nothing more could be done. it would have been enough to give me a refund of the amount equivalent to the discount.

Unfortunately, the size of the garment was wrong and I had to make a return. so I found out that not only the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, but also the initial shipping costs were not refunded to me.

In conclusion I spent €30 to get nothing!!!

Never again

Never again. Unfortunately İ just found out about all the bad reviews. Now İ understand why they didn't care that İ said İ would write a bad review, they only have bad ones!!
Ordered shoes, one didn't fit so İ wanted to return that one. Got declined and they sent it back. Told me that İ didn't follow the return rules. Apparently they didn't likes the fact that İ wrapped an extra box around it for protection. Really unfriendly reply from the email, no service nothing.
Never again.

Defective shoes

You run a lousy customer service. First you say that you are waiting for an answer from HOKA which can take up to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, you claim that you have asked me to send in the shoes several times. But the truth is that you have asked me to be patient and wait for an answer from HOKA. As if that's not bad enough, you also think I should pay the shipping for the return. It is completely wrong when it is you who have sold me a product with a defect. To me it seems like you're just trying to drag out the time in the hope that I shall give up complaining about the shoes.

Muy mala experiencia.

Compre un casco online desde su página web y al ver que la tala S me estaba pequeña me puse en contacto para un cambio o devolución del dinero, haciéndome cargo yo del envió si era necesario. Para mi sorpresa se desentendieron del tema sin darme ninguna solución. Una vergüenza.

I bought a helmet trough the online page, when I received it, it was too small, so I contacted them in order to change it for another one or to get a refund. I even offered to pay the shipping cost. But to my surprise the didn't want to give me any solutions at all. Very unsatisfied with this people.
