My item arrived on time and it was the best price I could find.
I ordered a pair of Marker Duke bindings from them. they had the best price online and there were no issues with shipping, unlike a few other outdoor companies I have ordered from. I would definetly order from them again.

Ordered skis and had no inventory, canceled order. I bought a pair of bindings to go with the skis and had to pay return shipping for the bindings because of it. Wasted my money

Great experience and customer service
Fast shipping. I returned the first order because the size run too small. The return process was fast and full refund was issued with no question! I later bought a larger size and it fit perfectly.

Professional shop with integrity. Good prices as well.
I called and was treated well. I believe I was given a good price, not great but, good. There was a small issue when I went back to get another pair and the management team made it right. That shows integrity and fairness to me and I will go back again if I need anything else. I get it as I worked in several shops in my day and help manage a couple., So I get it. Not easy dealing with the public and especially after what everyone has gone through the past few years including the shop personal. So give them a break if you can. They are doing there best to help you have fun.

I have an alpine mono amp that came in…
I have an alpine mono amp that came in a TA purchased years ago. To make this post short; I know this amp is at least 10 years old. I have used it in 3 vehicles. I just installed it in my Tacoma and it is pushing my two 10 in subs really hard after sitting on a shelf in my shop for two years. My hat is off to Alpine!

Good Buying Experiernce
The buying experience was good, no complaints: shopped online, price was fair, order confirmation was received soon after purchase, shipping was free and normal (5 business days include day of purchase and day of delivery). Lost one star due to packaging. While I appreciate packaging reuse (huge fan), an almost $600 pair of skis should have a little more care in my opinion. The tips were sticking about two inches out of the cardboard sleeve by time they arrived at my house. Thankfully they had a thin bubble-wrap sleeve around them so no damage done, but would have been pretty upset had there been. A little more robustness on packaging for product protection/security would be nice to see.
