Alpinebuses Reviews

Great experience with this company. Good communication and punctual. Would definitely use again.

Great communication in advance .. drivers polite and simple process

uldis was very helpful and prompt. We didn’t have to wait, he was there and ready to go at the visitor centre. His communication was very good , letting us know where to meet him a day before and keeping a eye on our flight time so he was there even when we arrived early

friendly, patient, helpful drivers both ways.

Excellent service from Uldis - fantastic pre arrival contact and good communication throughout. Would recommend

Be on time, charge a reasonable price, drive carefully in a clean and well-maintained vehicle...
That's perfect service.
This is what we received
Thank you!

Very good communication and very nice drivers. The price was very competitive and this was the second year that we have used Alpine.

Uldi picked us up from Le Praz and drove us to Geneva airport yesterday evening
He was prompt and the journey was great
Uldi was really friendly and chatted to us a little about the ski resorts around Geneva
We would definitely recommend his services

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!

We had the pleasure of being driven by Uldis from Geneva Airport to Val d’Isère, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was the epitome of professionalism—friendly, courteous, and attentive to our family’s needs.

His driving was exceptionally safe and smooth, making us feel completely at ease throughout the journey. He handled the winter roads with great skill and ensured we arrived comfortably and on time.

If you’re looking for a reliable and professional transfer service, we highly recommend Uldis. A fantastic driver who truly cares about his passengers!

Thank you, Uldis!

Very efficient - great communication before collection at airport. Uldis our driver was very friendly and helpful - also a great driver on tricky roads

Great service, clean vehicles, friendly drivers (Sergie and Uldi), on time and great communication all the way from booking to drop off. Highly recommended.

easy comunication right on time polite and helpful drivers resonable price i will always use them

Excellent pick up and drop off service. Both on time and swift drive to and from the airport. Doorstep drop off and collection too. Will definitely use them again.

Easy booking process and the cheapest I could find. I had a baby so needed a baby seat and they provided one. Communication was easy over WhatsApp. Uldis was kind enough to wait as we tended to the baby. He was friendly, courteous and patient. He helped us with the bags as well.

Very good service. I’ve ordere two way service and the first driver Uldi even contacted me via whatsap personally one day before that was great experience.
Also my plane due to fog changed airport so this company was waiting for me 3(!) hours. Best wishes and really good service.

Great transfer, well organised , good music on the way and friendly, helpful driver
