Geneva to Oz-en-Oisans return trip

Outward journey from airport was ok but for the return I agreed a pick up time directly with the driver 1 hour earlier than you had advised. In reality the driver was 50 minutes later than I had agreed with him. Also he wanted to take a much longer time to avoid the cost of tolls. He did agreed to go the fastest route but was a bit dangerous, at one point having g to stop abruptly when a car coming the opposite direction appeared as our driver drove on their side of the road coming round a left hand bend.

Efficient Transfers but SZG pick up point not clear

Pick up area at SZG was not specified and phone conversation with driver was inaudible. The driver once met was very helpful and the journey to Kaprun was good.
Return journey 02.02.25 pick up and drop off at SZG was perfect. Very helpful driver who facilitated a necessary stop.

Hi using your services before with no…

Hi using your services before with no issues. I was disappointed with the quality of the vehicle this time. In hindsight I could have got a luxury V Class Mercedes for same price.
Other than fitting us in ok it wasn’t a pleasant transfer at all.
My main disappointment was the driver. To be blunt he was unhygienic to say the least, to the point we had to ride the full journey with the windows open on arrival due to the smell. We needed a car seat for my little one and again had no idea how to fit it. On return we saw him rummaging in the hotels bins as we collected our luggage. Travelling with 2 kids we had trouble with the moving of our bags and he offered no social interaction or help other than emptying them at the other end with a grunt.
Won’t be using you again or recommending you to others.

Super fast transfer

Super fast transfer and very well organised. Arrivals and baggage claim were extremely slow and our driver kept in contact reassuring us they’d still be waiting for us.

The driver was great

The driver was great, he sent messages frequently in relation to the pick up and worked around us.
He was an excellent driver and got us to the airport in plenty of time.
The vehicle was clean and comfortable.
Overall a good company to work with.

Very good experience

Very good experience. Driver Agris was waiting for us on our arrival to the airport and bang on time to take us back from Obertauren to Salzburg. The minibus was well presented and clean and Agris a careful driver. We needed to change the time of our pickup on the way home which was handled easily with great communication via text. Thank you.

Driver didn't turn up to take us to the airport

Hi, we used the transfer service from Geneva airport to Megeve. The transfer out to Megeve was fine and worked well. It's the pick up back to the airport where it went wrong. We were incredibly disappointed and stressed when the pre arranged pick up time came and went - calling the driver and the office but not getting an answer. This was early in the morning, when I finally got through at 7am to the office I was told that the driver wasn't coming and there were no alternatives. We needed to ring around for a taxi ourselves. They couldn't or wouldn't help us arrange alternative transportation. We were very lucky and after about 5 calls we managed to find someone who could take us to Geneva airport, we got to our flight with about 5 mins to spare. This was a stressful experience with four kids. The costs of our taxi were refunded promptly - but the whole point of booking ahead is piece of mind so I think we should have had some compensation for the stress. I'm going to avoid going forward as their customer service is poor, and if a driver isn't available at the last minute I think they should help find an alternative.

Update 14 March 2025: Contacted AlpinBus about compensation, as requested in their comment. I was offered 50 euros as compensation and in return, I was asked to consider removing my review. When I asked if they would pay the compensation if I didn't take down my review I've had no response to my email or a chaser I sent.
