Problem resolved
As other reviews have said customer service is horrible if can even contact them. I am currently talking to Ai bot who is just giving me
Ticket number and have not heard back from them on day 3. I contacted before and was a month and half long process to only tell me they out of stock on item, but probably didn’t matter anyways because from there own website they don’t seem to honor warranty, they just say wear and tear even if only used a few times. They are clearly too lazy to even filter out bad reviews on their site like most companies. I am now trying it get a different
Part that failed and renders cart absolutely useless, hopefully somebody will eventually respond. The cart is also only year old
And first problem was with fifth use. Amendment to initial review, shortly after unflattering review company reached out to me
and resolved speed lock bar issue from 11 months ago and current issue I was able to purchase replacement part, that is not shown on website. The whole process only took a day and a half over email so I am very satisfied from previous attempt to resolve first issue and the current one.
