After seeing and researching other brands, I settled on the Cybercart. It is one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made. The performance is as advertised. The assembly and breakdown are a breeze, the on-course functionality is flawless, the battery life is great (did 36 holes over two days without a charge). You have a winner here!

I was pleasantly pleased to find Alphard had two part items I wasn’t sure would be available. One was the charging port for the V1 model. And the other being replacement rubber pads for the cart Wheelie bar clamps. Both were available for a reasonable price including shipping.

Great product, great customer service, quick response. Have not used the product on course just yet, looking forward to putting it in use.

My cybercart battery was malfunctioning. Alphard gave me instructions to try and reset the controls on the battery. The reset did not work. Alphard reviewed my original cybercart purchase and found the battery was under warranty. A new battery will be shipped to me

Communication was seamless. Response was timely. And replacement parts were under warranty.

It’s great. The course I play is hilly and I feel less tired during the round. It’s great to move into position to speed up play.

I own the V2 wheels and wanted to upgrade. I have always had great support from Alphard with any issues with the V2. I purchased the Cyber Cart and it is amazingly well made and easy to open and fold. I had a few items that needed attention and were covered under the warranty. Alphard immediately responded to my email within 30 minutes and had my issue resolved and replacement parts sent within several hours. Amazing products and customer support. Ty
