Grow hair back takes time!
I'm in this treatment for about 5-6 months now and can't expect to grow hair back over nigh, as was loosing it for decades. As I was skeptic as nothing is happening for some time, there is a visible bunch of baby hair, in the area I do the most of treatment. Now, as it is visible progress, I'm continuing with the treatment for better future.

I had problems with tracking my order and I raised this with Alphainfuse customer service team. They responded promptly to every email , reassured me at a time I felt a little frustrated. They explained the process and the time span I shouid be expecting my order . They also escalated my concerns to a relevant team to investigate the progress with the courier. It’s scam
It’s scam, i ordered a 4 month subscription, this business says that you need to wait 3 or 4 months to give you a refund, because they say that it’s when hair will grow thicker, so they ask you for the empty little green bottles to qualify for a full refund, I did not see no results at all, not even baby hairs in 3 months, so I asked for a refund, they only gave me half, because they asked me for the bottles I threw to the trash, the product doesn’t even worth $50 dls, so from the $110 dls they gave me $50, there are people ordering one month, they have the perfect excuse that the product need 3 to 4 months to work, but they know it’s a scam, we have to sue and tell FTC know about this, alphainfuse flagged my review as defamatory, but trustpilot notified me about it, I will sue you because I even see less hair on my scalp and I’m worried about your chemicals

We need to set the record straight on a few things in your review, because they don't reflect how AlphaInfuse actually operates.
We have never required customers to wait 3 or 4 months before issuing a refund. No such rule exists in our policy, and no agent on our team is authorized to communicate it. The 3 to 4 month timeframe is a usage recommendation, based on the experience of thousands of customers who have completed the full treatment cycle and seen results. It is guidance, not a refund condition.
We did not flag your review to silence you. We flagged it because parts of it misrepresent our policy. Trustpilot has its own review process and we trust them to make that call.
We stand by our policy, and we genuinely care about every customer who reaches out to us. In previous reply, we invited you to email us at support@alphainfuse.com with your order number so we can review your case directly. As of today, we have not received that email from you. We cannot resolve what we cannot see, but the moment you reach out, we will. The offer remains open.
