Constantly changing rules and 7 out of 9 payouts rejected

Unfortunately, my experience with Alpha Capital Group has become extremely disappointing.

The biggest problem is the constant introduction of new and unclear rules. I have multiple funded accounts and it feels like every time I adapt to their requirements, another restriction is added.

I am a swing trader and clearly explained my strategy during a risk interview. Despite this, they have now imposed a 1% maximum loss per trade restriction, even on older accounts that I opened under different agreements and traded for a long time without this rule. For my trading strategy, this is a huge change.

Even more concerning: 7(!) of my last 9 payout requests have been rejected. At some point you start wondering what the value of a funded account is if you can trade profitably, but repeatedly run into new restrictions when requesting a payout.

I completely understand that a prop firm needs risk-management rules. But those rules should be clear, transparent and communicated in advance, rather than repeatedly changing after you have already purchased and traded the accounts.

After 7 rejected payouts out of 9 and constantly changing restrictions, my confidence in ACG has unfortunately dropped significantly.

Big scamming by name of rules

Big scamming by name of rules
Don't recommend traders be safe chose firm before see funded stage
Before 10k account passed both phase they rejected funded account because one trade is not 2 minutes it was 1.55 second trade
Second 50k account
Rejected payout according to rules 1% asset
Not wait 24 hours before open trade
Then next still 50k equity on 50000$ but account breached
Why max asset loss
I am asking when u set 5% dd then why
Ok but when set 1% asset rule then why max per trade
Think and shame feel alpha capital
1 month struggle go drain
50k equity still 50k

Rules Become More Restrictive After You Pass the Challenge

My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been extremely disappointing.

The biggest concern is that the rules and restrictions can become much more severe after you have already passed the evaluation. Very few traders manage to pass prop-firm challenges in the first place, and once you finally qualify, you would expect the funded stage to be based on the same clear and transparent framework you signed up for.

Instead, I am placed under additional risk restrictions, including a 1% cumulative risk limit per asset. In practical trading, this type of restriction can make it extremely easy to breach the account, especially because cumulative exposure and multiple trades on the same instrument can quickly add up.

From a trader's perspective, this feels unfair because you spend time, money and effort passing the challenge, only to face new limitations afterwards that significantly reduce your ability to trade normally and reach a payout.

Prop firms should clearly disclose all potential post-evaluation restrictions before a trader pays for and starts a challenge. Rules should not effectively become more restrictive once a trader becomes profitable or qualifies for a funded account.

Based on my experience, traders should carefully read Alpha Capital Group's funded-account and risk-management terms before purchasing a challenge and specifically ask whether additional restrictions can be imposed after passing.

I am also concerned that these kinds of restrictions can make it much easier for a profitable trader to be classified as having breached a rule before receiving a payout. I believe greater transparency and consistency between the evaluation stage and funded stage are essential.

I would strongly advise potential customers to not to buy challenges from alpha group.

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Alpha Trading Prop Firm and they are scamming people so be careful

I would strongly advise people to think twice before spending their money with Alpha Trading Prop Firm.

I previously had an issue where I did not receive my payout, and now I’ve passed another challenge, only to run into another issue. This time, they are using KYC/location verification as an excuse because my location apparently showed activity in two different countries.

Instead of simply resolving the situation and allowing me to proceed to the live account, I’m being given excuses and additional obstacles after successfully passing the challenge.

From my experience, it feels like the company is happy to take your challenge fees but makes things extremely difficult when it comes time to actually pay traders or move them forward.

At this point, I personally feel like I’ve wasted my money and time. I would be very cautious about giving this firm your money until they can demonstrate that they genuinely honour payouts and treat successful traders fairly.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Alpha Trading Prop Firm.the worst worst worst prop firm ever please be careful guys don’t buy or trade with this firm trust me they just scammers.

Years as customers with my partner

Years as customers with my partner – accounts closed right after I requested a payout
My partner and I were customers of Alpha Capital for years and invested a lot into their challenges. We live together in the same household and each traded our own account. Everything ran without issue for a long time.
The problems started when I requested a payout. Shortly after, my account was reviewed and closed for sharing an IP address – which is simply because my partner and I live in the same home and use the same internet connection, so both accounts show the same IP.
Worth noting: we are two genuinely separate people. We each completed our own KYC individually, including live verification on camera, so Alpha itself confirmed we are two distinct, verified individuals – not one person running two accounts. We also never coordinated our trading: different trades, no copying, no hedging.
Alpha’s own published IP rule allows household members to hold accounts that share an IP. The only thing we missed was notifying support in advance. For that single procedural point – not for any prohibited or coordinated trading – the account was closed and the earned payout voided, and support told me there is nothing they can do.
I am disappointed that a setup their own rules permit, between two separately verified people, was treated as a terminal breach and used to withhold funds that were legitimately earned – and that this happened right after a payout request.

Trading itself was not the main problem…

Trading itself was not the main problem I had with Alpha Capital Group. My biggest concern was what happened when technical issues became part of the situation.

When you trade actively, platform connectivity, execution and server performance are extremely important. If something unusual happens, you expect the company to investigate the technical side properly and provide a clear explanation of what happened.

In my experience, getting satisfactory answers in these situations was difficult. That creates a lot of uncertainty because the trader is ultimately the one left dealing with the consequences.

I understand that technical problems can happen with any trading platform, but what matters is how the company handles them afterward.

Unfortunately, this experience significantly reduced my confidence in Alpha Capital Group, and I would advise traders to consider this aspect carefully before choosing a prop firm.

1/5 — Payouts became unnecessarily complicated

My experience with Alpha Capital Group was fine initially, but things changed when I started dealing with payouts.

What should be a simple and transparent process became increasingly complicated, with additional questions, checks and explanations being requested. From a trader’s perspective, this creates a lot of uncertainty, especially when you have already followed the rules and expect the payout process to be straightforward.

I also found the communication around certain decisions difficult to understand. Sometimes it felt like I was trying to figure out the reasoning behind a decision rather than receiving a clear explanation from the beginning.

A prop firm needs to provide traders with consistency, transparency and confidence that the rules will be applied fairly.

Unfortunately, my experience with Alpha Capital Group left me questioning all three.

Alpha Capital Group has seriously…

Alpha Capital Group has seriously disappointed me when it comes to transparency and reliability.

In my experience, when a trader encounters a genuine technical or system-related error, instead of properly investigating what happened and taking the circumstances into consideration, the situation can quickly turn into a compliance issue and the relationship with the trader can be terminated.

The biggest problem is the lack of trust and transparency throughout the process. Traders deserve clear explanations, proper investigations and consistent treatment — especially when technical issues are involved.

When it comes to payouts, the process can feel like the trader is being put through every possible check before receiving money they believe they have legitimately earned.

Overall, I no longer feel that this is a firm I can trust. Think very carefully before choosing Alpha Capital Group and make sure you understand exactly how their rules and compliance procedures work.

I've been trading with Alpha Capital…

I've been trading with Alpha Capital for over two years, and I need to be honest about what this experience has turned into recently, because I don't think other traders should walk into it blind.

Every single time a payout is on the larger side, something suddenly comes up. Delays that stretch to 6-7 days when the stated policy is 48 hours. The same verification questions asked over and over — interview dates, screenshots, proof of this and that — as if my history with them means nothing each time a bigger amount is on the line. "Soon, please be patient" is the only real answer you get, sometimes for days, even after a written promise of an update that never comes.

On one occasion I was hit with a compliance flag over a shared IP address with other users. I explained it, they accepted the explanation, they apologized. Fine. But that delay bled directly into my trading cycle and put me under real pressure at the worst possible time.

Then came a restriction on Bi-weekly payouts that I was never notified about — I found out through an error message while trying to buy a new account. Different support agents gave me conflicting answers about my own account's status when I tried to get clarity. That's not a one-off mistake, that's a pattern of poor communication that directly costs traders money and time.

When I finally pushed back hard enough on the most recent delay, the response I got was essentially: the breach is correct, it stays, good luck going forward. No real engagement with the fact that their own delay is what created the pressure in the first place.

I'll say this because it's fair: in a past situation, they did own up to a similar notification failure and reactivated my account. So I know there's a version of this company capable of doing the right thing. Lately, that version shows up a lot less than it used to.

If you trade here, keep records of everything, expect the process to slow down the moment a real payout is on the table, and don't expect anyone to proactively tell you when the rules affecting your account have changed.

I’m very happy with my experience with…

I’m very happy with my experience with Alpha Capital Group. I recently requested my payout, and after going through the process, my payout was successfully paid.
I especially appreciate the fact that they actually honor their payout process. I had some concerns while waiting, but Alpha Capital Group delivered in the end.
The trading conditions are good, and the support team has also been helpful whenever I needed clarification about the rules.
For me, the most important thing with a prop firm is trust and getting paid when you follow the rules — and Alpha Capital Group has proven that to me.
Thank you, Alpha Capital Group. 🙏🏽❤️

The most honest review I can give

The most honest review I can give

Hello, Alpha Capital Group users. I’m going to share one of the most honest reviews I can give.

I want to explain how Alpha Capital Group, in my experience, reacts in different situations.

When there is a disagreement or when I believe there are not enough clear arguments to justify a particular decision, instead of receiving a direct and convincing explanation, you may receive a message about ending the relationship with the trader. That is extremely serious when accounts and money are involved.

When it comes to payouts, the difference can be very noticeable depending on the situation. If they believe a rule has been broken, such as a cooling-off rule or another account restriction, the decision to reject a payout can come very quickly.

But when everything is correct from the trader’s side, the process can feel completely different. You may wait, send multiple messages, contact support repeatedly and still have to chase them for an update regarding your payout.

What concerns me even more is when additional checks are introduced after successful trading. IP checks, new KYC requests and different compliance checks can be extremely stressful for traders, especially when everything had previously been operating normally.

I also believe traders should be extremely careful about historical activity on their accounts. Personally, I would not expect issues from years ago to suddenly become relevant again without a very clear explanation and evidence showing why they are being reviewed now.

This is my personal experience and my personal impression after everything I have been through with this firm.

Be careful, read absolutely every rule before choosing Alpha Capital Group, and understand exactly what you are agreeing to. Personally, I can no longer recommend this firm.

I am here again to testify to the truth…

I am here again to testify to the truth that Alpha Capital is a scam. I bought at least 13 different accounts at different time spanning over a year. The few ones I passed I was told I spam order blocks. Whenever I fail using the strategy I don't get a refund or retry. I am happier trading my own Capital and FTMO account. Run from them
