Great Experience with Alpha Capital

I’ve had a really positive experience with Alpha Capital. The overall process has been smooth, professional, and transparent.

Most importantly, I’ve received my payout successfully, which gives me a lot of confidence in Alpha Capital and the way they operate. Their trading conditions and overall experience have been very good so far.

I’m genuinely happy with Alpha Capital and appreciate the professionalism they’ve shown throughout my journey.

Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avoid this firm

I had my KYC rejected based on IP addresses that ACG considered suspicious.

One of the IP addresses was an IP registered to Google LLC and was geolocated to Brazil.

I asked ACG to explain what evidence they had that I had actually used a proxy/VPS, was physically located in Brazil, or that a third party had accessed my KYC. Their response was that they “cannot identify the exact purpose” of the IP address, while suggesting that it could have been Google-hosted proxy or VPS infrastructure.

I explicitly asked them to provide evidence of an actual violation or identify the specific rule I had breached. After that, they stopped responding.

I expect the decision to be supported by actual evidence rather than assumptions about what an IP address could represent.

Very unprofessional way to handle the situation, do better.

One final observation: I have also noticed a significant amount of negative feedback appearing recently, alongside what seems to be a constant stream of promotions, discounts and influencer marketing.

These things do raise serious concerns about the company's current direction and long-term stability.

Excellent experience and payout received on time

I’ve had a very good experience with Alpha Capital so far. The trading conditions have been straightforward, and most importantly, my payout of $2,424 was processed and received on time as expected.

The payout process was smooth, and I didn’t face any unnecessary delays or complications as always, I received 6 payouts so far and there have no delays or issues with them. Overall, a great experience so far. Reliable payouts and professional service. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

they look for whatever reason to deny opening a funded account.

I passed Alpha Capital’s $200K challenge, only to have my funded account denied during KYC because of a supposed discrepancy between two IP addresses.

I was temporarily in an EU country, while my country of residence is another. I completed the KYC on my computer using a the Wi-Fi at my residence. The KYC process itself then instructed me to use my mobile phone to verify my phone number and take photos of my ID and myself. I followed those instructions exactly. My phone has my home-country SIM, and because roaming is free within Europe, the mobile verification appeared to be from my home country while my computer connection was in the country I am travelling in .

Alpha Capital’s agent, Kieran, cancelled my KYC based solely on these two IP locations. I explained exactly what happened and offered to provide my boarding pass, proof of Wi-Fi details, and any other evidence necessary to prove that I was legitimately travelling. None of it was accepted or even properly considered.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that trading while travelling is not prohibited by Alpha Capital, and I had done nothing wrong. I simply followed their own KYC instructions while temporarily abroad.

Despite successfully passing the $200K challenge, I was denied in less than 3 min the funded account and received no refund of the challenge fee. There was no meaningful investigation, no opportunity to prove my situation, and apparently no room for common sense or discretion.

After all the time, effort, and money invested to pass the challenge, having everything taken away in 3 min over something so easily explainable is extremely upsetting. It feels less like a genuine attempt to verify my identity and more like looking for a technical reason not to onboard me as a funded trader.

Very disappointing experience. The rigidity and complete unwillingness to consider reasonable evidence are, in my opinion, unacceptable.

This company is looking only for trade that fail on phase one and two

I’m updating my review because more than a month has now passed since I posted my previous review, and I have received absolutely no response or attempt from Alpha Capital Group to address the issues I raised.

I have been dealing with Alpha Capital Group for around four years. This year alone, I have made 12 withdrawal requests. One of them was refused because I had opened three positions of 0.05 lots each on Gold — yes, just three positions at 0.05 lots. On other occasions, withdrawals were blocked because of news events that were not clearly visible on the usual trading platforms, and I was expected to check Forex Factory to identify them. I can understand that news trading restrictions may exist, but the way these rules are applied can be extremely difficult for traders to anticipate.

My main reason for writing this update is to warn new traders.

If you are thinking about buying a $40 evaluation account because it seems cheap, please understand what comes after. Passing both phases is already difficult. But if you are one of the traders who manages to pass Phase 1 and Phase 2 and finally gets a funded account, this is where things can become significantly more complicated, with additional rules and restrictions coming into play.

Trading is already an extremely difficult and demanding business. You should choose a prop firm that makes the process clearer and easier to manage — not one where additional rules and restrictions make it increasingly difficult to trade and withdraw your profits.

After around four years with Alpha Capital Group, this is my honest experience. I’m sharing it to warn other traders and help them make an informed decision before spending their money.

IP Issue… After the Payouts

My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been very disappointing, particularly regarding the timing of an IP-related breach.

The timeline is important:

• March–April: Alpha is now relying on IP records from this period as the basis for the breach.

• May: My live account was issued to me.

• June: I requested and received a payout after the live account had already been issued.

• July: I requested another payout, which was also successfully paid.

• August: Another payout was rejected due to the 1% rule issue. I later requested another payout in August, which was successfully paid.

• September: When I reached the next payout stage, Alpha suddenly raised the older March–April IP records and breached my account.

What I find difficult to understand is why IP activity from before my live account was even issued in May is now being used to breach an account that subsequently went through multiple payout reviews and successfully received payouts.

The IP evidence provided to me relates to older records, yet after those dates I obtained the live account, traded it, and passed multiple payout reviews.

I am not claiming that Alpha cannot investigate IP activity. I am simply asking: if these IP records were considered a serious account-access issue, why was this not identified during the previous payout reviews before reaching this stage?

I have only traded my own account and have not engaged in copy trading, group trading, hedging, or operated another user’s account.

I am sharing this experience so other traders can be aware of the timeline and make their own judgment.
