🚨 SCAM ALERT — TRADERS BEWARE! 🚨

I bought around 20 accounts with Alpha Capital Group, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. They refused my first payout, then before my second payout they emailed me saying I had been placed in their 1% Risk Management Group. On the very first day that email was sent—before I had even seen or read it—they later claimed I had breached the new 1% rule and used that to reject my third payout. Then, on my next payout request, they rejected me again for alleged “over-risking,” even though I risked less than 1%. After that, they closed all of my accounts and provided no compensation or refund for those accounts. After spending money on around 20 accounts and repeatedly having payouts rejected under changing or disputed reasons, I personally feel I was treated unfairly and would strongly warn other traders to be extremely careful before buying accounts from Alpha Capital Group.

⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) — Fast support, but no slippage protection

I had a Stop Loss set at 306$ risk on a Gold trade, which ended up executing at 471$ due to a fast market spike — a 165$ difference (+54%).

To their credit, support (Gerard) responded quickly and provided clear tick-by-tick data showing exactly what happened. However, they confirmed they apply no maximum slippage cap or fair-fill policy — meaning during fast market moves, your actual loss can significantly exceed your intended Stop Loss with no limit.

If you trade instruments like Gold that can spike suddenly, be aware of this and use a wider safety buffer on your Stop Loss. Support was responsive and transparent, but the lack of any slippage protection is a real risk to know about beforehand.

This company goes through its challenges and they give you excuses as you had an operation that lasted less than 2 minutes and we can't give you the account or you opened 3 operations of the same asset very consecutively and that is market saturation, we can't give you the account but we give you one so you start again.

Got paid out after making 15% profits on my account! Honestly didn’t expect to receive it anymore after some hours, but it still came within 48 hours. Great firm, great dashboard and great support. I received my first payout today from Alpha Capital, and i am so happy. I have been going at it for a long time now, always falling short of the requirements.

Finally i got the direct funded account, met the withdrawal threshold, i didn’t know i breached the impact news rule and i was penalized but when i finally hit the threshold again, passed my interview, then i placed my withdrawal request on Monday 24th of August, and today the 26th of August the money hit my account.

It feels good to know that as long as you fulfill the requirements of any account you are trading, you’ll get paid. I was a bit nervous ngl but now i have proof that it is real.

This firms is very stable. From purchasing, trading conditions, receiving funded account and payout. What else can you ask? 🔥🔥

I was denied my funded account upon passing my phase 2. They find excuses like spamming orders just so they could deny you. My advice is stay away from these shady firm.

Disabled my account
Alpha capital are just scam they rejected my 2 payouts without any reason and disabled my account when I email to them they just give me a lame excuses everytime they are not coprative they are totally scam they rejected payouts and then disabled account that's not a good behavior don't buy their accounts they are just wasting your time and money at the end you didn't get anything they are scam beware from this firm.

For about 4 months working with Alpha Capital and my experience continues to be excelent, I think this is part of the prop firm that offers you a great conditions, latency, spreads, dashboard and customer service and also is part of being a disciplined traded with a plan, risk control and objectives. Trading with ACG has shifted my mindset toward better control and discipline; I’m now making my fifth payout and am very happy with them.

This firm has consistently scammed its ways to impose hidden agenda and rules to clause traders. First you pass the funding challenge in its entirety and once passing they set a “risk” rules that only allows for you to utilize 1% of capital a day. In addition to this you cannot take take trades under one specific pair after losing 1% a day despite if you are in profit overall in your account. In addition executing news trades hours before or even 1 hour before and getting out of a trade 30 minutes after news headline and securing profit is considered “trading around news.” Their rules clearly states no execution 5 minutes prior or 5 minutes after. Lastly I placed a trade for 1 minute to scale into my short position however I accidently clicked on buy not noticing and proceeded with instantly closing out and closing the trade with -40$. They decided to use this to say I am gambling and reversed trading when they are able to see that all my positions are held for countless of hours and never closed out within minutes. None the less they revoked access to their dashboard and platform and further investigation was not taken simply to deny my payout of $13,800. Please stay away from this firm as it has lost all credibility
