I feel like most people dropping their reviews aren’t being sincere bc Since I started using Alphabullmarkets, my trading has felt clearer, calmer, and more confident. The platform is smooth, easy to navigate, and actually built for real traders. I finally feel like I’m trading with an edge, not just guessing by applying the trades of my copied trader.
Have had an excellent experience with Alpha Bull . Have always felt they have had our well being in the forefront suppling top notch advice !
If I could rate this website as negative stars I would. I made a deposit to the site to copy trades from Michael & Esther and my account grew fast with only a few losing trades but majority wins. After a couple of weeks I got an email that I needed to add either $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000 into the account to upgrade it as my profits were too high and an upgrade was needed to maintain my account size. Until a deposit upgrade was made my account was on hold. I could not access or withdraw my deposit or any profits. Additionally, I could not fund the account with profits and the account was to be funded from external funds.
For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to gain access to my funds to no avail. It is either a scam or a ponze scheme. I don’t know where to turn.

Am sending many mails to Support mail id , but no response/reply from your end. i dont understand why you are not replying to mails , so my humble request is to look into my issue and resolve the same.
When I started trading with Alpha Bull Markets, I gained good profit with short time. but suddenly, they changed my leverage level and increased the spread causing me to lose all open trades immediately.
I lost more than USD 15,000 due to this change which was without my consent.
the company did not reply to my complain and enquiry till now and they are refusing to withdraw the deposited money unless I cancel the bonus given earlier by them. This was also not informed to me when I registered.
Now Alpha Bull Markets replied to my review stating that they had refunded my remaining money. This is true. but they did not provide any justification why the leverage level was changed and the spread was increased. this is the main reason caused me the losses.
My review stays the same. your company is unprofessional and scammers.

We have paid you timely both the times you made withdrawal request.
All your allegations are completely baseless.
You first made a deposit and traded yourself and made loss.
Posted a false review.
Then you made a withdrawal request that we processed and we have all transaction proofs.
Then you deposited again and made withdrawal without trading.
Again making false reviews and allegations.
What is your problem we don't owe you any money now.
We neither gave any trouble to you.
Why are your making false propaganda against us on these sites.
If you have any grievances with us then let us know , we are open to resolve it.

Initially I was not ready as this is very new for me. There sales guys still convinced me and yes now I am overall happy.
Sometimes RM's are very busy and do not respond, but that is understood because they deal with many clients.
Overall information given is helpful to make profits.
Open account is fast. Customer service is good. The trading platform is easy to use.
