This is how it should be done: Fast, precise and good advice along the way

I booked a Polish interpreter through Alpha-Lingua for a medical appointment, and it was a complete mess. The interpreter showed up late and clearly wasn’t prepared. When I called the office to complain, they told me someone would “look into it” but never followed up. For a company with more than 40 years of experience, I expected much better organization and accountability. Extremely disappointing.

While the staff was polite, the process was painfully slow. I was told my documents would be ready in 3 business days — it took over a week, and I had to follow up twice just to get a response. On top of that, the pricing was not transparent. The final invoice included extra charges that were never mentioned upfront. Not worth the price considering the delays. Definitely not using them again for urgent translations.

I needed a legal document translated from English to Danish and chose Alpha-Lingua because of their claimed experience. Unfortunately, the translation I received was full of errors, including terminology that no lawyer would ever use. I pointed this out, but the response I got was dismissive and unhelpful. For a company that prides itself on professionalism, I expected better quality control and a more respectful tone. I ended up having to get the document re-translated elsewhere.
