Disappointed
Good customer service but in the end couldn’t help the situation then caused my dashboard was not synced to trading platform, so I was shown false information leading to account breached after they told me they sorted the situation more than several time but there wasn’t any change then told me nothing they can do.

Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible terrible terrible, all I can say to describe this honestly. I accidently pick Alpha Trader as a my platform thinking it was project x and it is genuinely one of the worst things ive ever traded on. I go to trade and im thrown into an unwinnable environment. You can't even see the charts because they are refreshing every 5 seconds and then the candles are just frozen until you place a trade and you just have to sit and hope and pray that your account wont be blown by the time you come back because you cant even place your bracket orders. Simply terrible and you can't be refunded or anything because "You already placed a trade" which is absolutely furriating, because I never get mad at a firm for refund policies until this time. If you're going to have an absolute garbage platform make sure it works before releasing it to the public. Simply garbage dont waste your time.
