I've been trading with this firm since…
I've been trading with this firm since last year when they had projectX and loved the platform and have recently been trading on tradovate rn. I'm not the biggest fan of tradovate as I got so used to projectX and it's convience, well I had trouble with renewing my "tradovate add-on" and contacted support and I was connected with Sherry within a minute LITERALLY and was able to resolve this issue within 5 minutes. The best customer service and they're working on their new platform which I haven't tried out yet since I figure they're still trying to work out all bugs but I have confidence in this company and they actually stand behind us traders. I have gotten multiple payouts from this firm and can say they payout on time and with no hassle. There is room for improvement in the backend but overall a great experience with this prop firm.
