Hello

Hello, I had a very nice discussion tonight with Rich EGINDER I think that’s how you spell his last name but if it’s not as close to it, he gave me something tonight that I don’t think I would’ve ever got in my lifetime. He gave me my life back he put me on a track to financial freedom and he made it so I didn’t have to apply bankruptcy. He was such a pleasant man explained everything I needed to know and I don’t know where I’d be without him. I hope everybody that calls gets him to talk to because he explains everything and goes through everything with you and you and the call knowing everything that’s going to happen and that to me is a great man and I can’t do enough for him. I wish I knew where he lived. I can send them a big basket but right now I can just send them a big thank you because he is great and trust me. I don’t lie. He got me out of something. I don’t think I would’ve ever gotten myself out of and like I said he gave me my life back and I appreciate that from him so much and the company also what they do for people they don’t hurt you what they’re saying is being honest what other companies are are not honest believe me I’ve been on the phone with a lot of them so thanks again Rich and please anybody this reading this you can ask for rich or you can ask for somebody but do so with this company because it knows what it’s doing and it’s not gonna mess around with your money thank you

Difficulty speaking with customer…

Difficulty speaking with customer service individuals due to language barriers. Also, we signed up for $511.07 bi-weekly draft and was NOT informed of additional fees on top of that amount. Alperstein & Associates has settled three debts for us. But, what they do not inform you of if they will not spread their representation fees out over smaller payments and will begin to take hundreds of dollars out immediately ONLY for their fees. If you think paying the high cost of credit card debt is hard, just wait. They took close to $6,000 out of our account over a three month period for fees and payments. We were left with very little to live on due to both having COVID-19 in January and off work 10 days each, then my husband missing work two weeks later due to the extreme cold here in Ohio in January. No pay for that week either. I called them to see if we could skip or reduce payments for only TWO weeks and the most they could lower would be a one-time total amount of $100$ They would not postpone their $445 deduction for part of their settlement on one of our accounts for only two weeks. That is when I realized this company does not work or help us, but only wants to debit whatever they can from us. Unfortunately, we only had credit card debt when enrolled. No house payments, vehicle payments, etc. Just credit cards and we were paying more then minimum amounts but were not able to gain any ground on paying them down. This is why we decided to go with Alperstein. But, totally disappointed with whole decision and support. We are no longer accepting any settlement offers so they can drain upfront from us what they determine to be their fee.

DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company destroyed my credit in 3 months, when they initially promised to minimize credit damage. They even acknowledged that they promised minimal damage and shouldn't have said that to me when I signed up.
Their fees are ridiculous and when I cancelled the program, they kept almost $2000 and only negotiated ONE credit card!!! The card had a balance of $6160 and they got it down to $4946.80, but then charged me $1786.40, which ended up being $283.48 MORE than what I owed. They only made one payment of $100 to this card when I cancelled the program, they wouldn't refund a penny of that fee back to me.
They also don't tell you, that you can call your creditors yourself and negotiate payments or payoffs. Numerous creditors told me that they offer no better deal to me than they would this 'law firm'. I have negotiated my debt down almost 50% and paid no fees (minus what I lost with this scam) You also can't speak to anyone in the US... they are an outsourced facility, and all speak broken English.
If you are in a financially compromised situation, take the time and call your debtors yourself. It takes some time, but they are all willing to work with you if you just call and ask what your options are. THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT ARE COMPROMISED FINANCIALLY. DISREPUTABLE ORGANIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I told your representative that I am…

I told your representative that I am not ready to begin the program and I am short on cash, but you went ahead and debited my bank account and put me hundreds of dollars into overdraft. The bank, of course, will also charge me a fee. I demand you refund my money immediately!

Company doesn't honor the program they pitch to you during sign up.

Company doesn't honor what they pitch to you in the sign up. They state that you will be eligible for a consolidation loan after 6 months of auto debits. This is a lie, they will pull a bait and switch on you after you stop paying your bills "so they have leverage to negotiate with the creditors", Then require you to put extra money in just to agree to the settlements they are negotiating. It's a bad program. that all i can really say, it's bad. Don't do it. Find another way.
