Wrong price on menucard

Today we were dining outside, 4 different dishes. Wrong prices on 2 dishes, their menu said one price and the bill (which came long after the payment) stated a higher price. The excuse was that the menu was from this Summer, therefor a lower price. The staff were very rude and unfriendly and could'nt see the problem.

We were so disappointed

We were so disappointed. Don't ever come here. The staff was basicly acting unfriendly, very rude and seemed completely disorganized. They actually made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at the hotel. They spoke very badly english, german as well as french, and had an acusing and aggressive attitude towards guests. We were a family of 6, 3 generations travelling together. We like the skiing area, and had been looking forward to being pampered at the hotel. On the first night we had to argue to be able to be seated together for dinner. Though we all had made one booking, they couldn't figure out, that we would like to be seated together. The food was eatable, but really nothing special, by the way. Not suitable for a 4 star hotel. The drinks and wine were very expensive, even for a 4 star hotel.
One day at the spa there was faeces on the floor by the shower. We told the staff, that really didn't seem to care, and they took a long time cleaning it up.
On the day of departure, we had to argue to get an early check-out. Our bills were paid, but they still refused to check us out at 07.30, so that we could have a whole last day of skiing. The receptionist even rolled her eyes at us.
Our children at 13 and 15 years old couldn't get their own key, though they were paying full price for their room.
Good luck, we had beautiful weather and perfect snow the whole week.
This was a really horrible hotelexperience, we had never thought a week at a 4 star hotel could be such a disaster.
