I didn't like that you have cryptocurrency trading is a 247 market while the broker is closed during Saturday and Sunday.

We lost money because of Alpari support
Hello. Had a comment with negative experience wigh Alpari support below and their answer to which I can't answer.
In the end - noone from your support helped. We wrote to your online chat dozens of times, wrote to the e-mail, even tried to reach people working in Alpari through LinkedIn. All we got: we recorded your issue and will pass it to related division.
In the end we have lost a client with a deposit of 200k$ and Alpari manager told that they are sorry and will try to be better next time.
