Disappointed with lack of responsibility for their own product

I have two identical LED decoration lights from this brand (Item no. 42041, 360 Warmwhite mini LED). One of them stopped working completely, while the other still functions perfectly.

When I contacted the company, they said they couldn’t help since the item was purchased from a reseller. However, I received it as a gift and no longer know which store it came from.

It’s disappointing that a brand doesn’t take responsibility for the quality of its own product, especially when it clearly carries their name and details. Even a small goodwill gesture or repair suggestion would have shown care for their customers.
