We understand that our products did not meet your expectations. Due to this, we would like to offer a 10% partial refund plus a 30% store voucher which you can use for future purchases, or you can opt to return the item to our international warehouse.

Please know that the return shipping cost should be shouldered by the customer. In addition, we would also want to inform you that there will be an additional 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the full refund of the total purchase price. So, instead of refunding 100% originally, we will only refund you 80% of the total amount. This is specified under the refund policy on our website.

I must simply say, do NEVER EVER order something from this company.
I find it hard to believe, that it's an honest business.

Bought some kind of smart drain/silage for the sink.
Have never received the products, am still waiting for a refund, which seems very difficult for them to actually pull through.
Telling me, that I'M tho one, who has to file a claim towards the bank, Klarna or whomever ???

I wonder, how a company as Klarna can make an agreement with this scamming, cheating, untrustworthy company?

Maybe it's a lesson learnt, big time! but I've never experienced such a bad level of customer service.

The worst buy in my life. Its scam. The shoes arent ortopedic. Its chinese plastic shoes. Id you tey return you must pay for send back china and only get 80% refund!!!! Run away

Just dont chop here, they doing wining wen you chop, dont understand that klarna is cooperating whit this scam company. Think i gona stop use klarna to.

DONT´T BY FROM THIS STORE!
It´s a scam. I ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes for about 60 Eur.
The sent some low budget poor quality shoes valued approximately 3-4 Eur.
Now they won´t give me a full refund nor pay for the return costs.

Jeg har aldrig været ude for noget lignende. KØB IKKE FRA DEM. Har ventet i flere mdr. på en lækker jakke jeg havde bestilt. Da den kom lignede den slet ikke den på billedet. De bad mig sende billeder og skrev følgende:

Jeg har skrevet tilbage, at jeg forventer at få 100% tilbage og at jeg ikke har i sinde at betale for returnering, så må vi se hvad der sker.
