As others have stated, this site is a scam...I wish I had read about them before purchasing. I will be writing to the BBB about them. Like others, I did not get what I paid for, and they will not reply.

Order made more than a month ago, it seems that the package arrived in my country, but despite more than 10 emails I had no answer! I hope in the atomic bomb to make him understand how to live.

I placed my order a month later it says my ordered was delivered but I didn't receive anything.no phone number yo contact them so I emailed them they said plz be patient my order will be here. R u kidding me .total rip off. I called my bank and put in a dispute. I'm pissed .i order the clock my son would have love to get that for Christmas.too bad there r ppl like this stealing our money especially during a pandemic.

Absolute scammers , automated emails , no way of contacting them , I didn't read the reviews either and now I'm not even getting a robot who emails back , I will contact my card company and get my money back but please do not order from this robbing site.Abdolute cowards sitting behind a computer scamming people do not order a thing from these robbing pieces of s***

The one star rating is only because I can't give them a ZERO!!! I ordered the sneaker clock as a Christmas present on November 7th. I've been tracking it ever since; claims it was delivered Saturday December 5th which is a lie!! We were home ALL DAY!! Then when I email them I get "Hi there, soon you will receive your order please wait." Signed by Alice but the email is from Victoria Sky. This site is horrible!!! I wish I never ordered from them!!!

I ordered a basketball clock for my son for Christmas on November 13th, I've been tracking it and tracking it and now it says it was delivered December 5th at 10am. NOTHING!!!!! I've emailed 3 different emails that I found and NOTHING!!!! I'm beyond pissed but it's my fault for not looking at the reviews 1st. TOTAL SCAM!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!

Stay away from his website ordered the trainer clock on the 14th November still waiting for a tracking number!!!!! And now they are not even answering my email. ABSOLUTE CONS

I ordered my son the basketball clock on 11th November. I have tracked it and it is saying it was delivered on 2nd December but I havnt recieved it. I am wondering now if this company is a scam or what. Emailed the email addresses and havnt heard nothing back. This was suppose to be for Christmas present.

Should have read the reviews. Thought it was a scam at first. Then I tracked my order. Said it was delivered and today and to my surprise. No effing package. That was a gift for my son. Beyond pissed

I ordered the clock on the 12th November kept an eye on my tracking and checked it on Wednesday the 2nd Dec said it was out for delivery. So I thought hopefully next day or 2. Checked it on the 4th Dec and it said it had been delivered on the 2nd Dec. It hadn't I was home all day. Ive emailed all 3 email addresses and I get the same reply from one of them saying its been despatched please follow tracking. Ive tried ringing sunyou which is the delivery company and the phone number is not the company you ring. They are called Yellow customer services. So it looks like ive been scammed. I will be ringing my bank to investigate

I contacted them by email on 11th December to ask if the clock I ordered on the 1st November had been despatched, I received a reply quite quickly to say it had been despatched and was provided with a tracking link, the tracking was good and I followed its progress to the arrival in the UK, yesterday 30th November it was out for delivery, I felt relieved as I was worried. Today the tracking says DELIVERED!! It has not been delivered to me at all... so now I expect I’m just another on the list of people who have been robbed

I’m currently being scammed right now by them. I bought a couple things for my husband and kids for Christmas so that’s not great considering they won’t be getting them now. I can’t wrap my head around how these scammers sleep at night when they do this to honest people. I was unable to get any of my emails answered either. HUGE WARNING TO STAY AWAY

Do not go near scam as I found out took my money and no iteam came. Reported to Facebook but they have done nothing. Stay clear of all their scam sites.....

Wish i could give them 0 stars. Ordered jordan mini sneaker clock and was told would recieve my tracking # in 24-72 hrs and if i didnt to msg and they would get it to me. So i msgd and got some msg about logistics team. I emailed the company name on my bank transaction as it was a complete different company name and I got the exact same response from a gmail address saying i would get my tracking # in 24-72 hrs. Thankfully it wasnt alot of money i am out but my bank is investigating it and hopefully I will get it back.

UPDATE*

after multiple emails i recieved some lame excuse on what was going on with my purchase and why everything was taking so long, they asked if i wanted a refund? I obviously said yes, so we will see if they actually follow through with the request. I am not holding my breath but I will be extremely surprised if i recieve one.
