i placed an order in jan 2023. Order “delivered” april 2023 and never received. Zero replies on whatsapp.

I contracted the company as my order was for a holiday and it had not been delivered before I went (or even by the time I got home). I sent many emails asking to cancel the order but only received endless emails saying ‘order delayed’. The company continually refused to cancel or refund even though they were not fulfilling the order! I raised a complaint through my credit card company and received an immediate refund. I would not recommend going anywhere near this company. They are not helpful or truthful!

I ordered and paid for a t-shirt in March and despite assurances to the contrary, it still hadn't arrived 8 weeks later. I then asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund processed, which wasn't done. It was only when I asked my credit card provider to step in that anything was done. I am now chasing them for a refund.

I would be give them less than a star but that isn't an option.

Ordered 3 shirts. Ended up waiting two months for the shirts. Customer support replied with usual “ sorry, alot of orders, blah blah blah”. Quality of shirts is questionable. Dont recomend, never ordering from them again.

Took a while to ship, but it did eventually ship. Shipping from Poland, tags say made in Poland, too.

Got two hoodie dresses and some sweats. They are very nice quality.

Ordered in February and got in April my goods. Quality is not the best. Customer service is ridiculous, no informations. They promised 15% refund after 7 weeks but forgot somehow to send it back...never again.

I'm waiting 3 months for my order. They even stopped replying on messenger. Thieves and scammers!

Ordered a bikini back in March. Still haven’t received it, no communication from the company and no response to my emails. This is theft. Don’t buy from them

SCAM NON DELIVERY

Ordered on Feb 8th, received squat even waiting to April.
NO COMMUNICATION FROM SELLER and they banned my angry comment on their social media.
I had to resort to filling credit card dispute which they suddenly and immediately refunded.

Never received my order. They were actually responsive to my inquiries in to where the order was. Last one said that it was in a post office in San Francisco. I don’t have a PO Box, and there are 37 post offices in San Francisco. I ordered in January. This review is late April.
This is a scam.

They never send out the products. They just take your money and never reply to messages. They owe me £80! Thieves!

Same issue as everyone else here - order took about 3 months to arrive (still waiting but at least e have a tracking number now). They probably don't manufacture in Poland and that's why they have these delays. Guessing it's done in Asia somewhere... This was my second order and had the same issue with the first order. Was hopeful that things would be better this time and contacted them after the order to confirm that it wouldn't delay. No joy. Ended up delaying anyway

Ordered a hoodie 19/2/23 still not received 2 months later. The holiday I wanted it for has been and gone. Requested a refund and was told as it is made to order I can’t have one. Told I could return the product to get a refund but I don’t have the product. I don’t think I’ll get my hoodie and as the company is based in Poland I have no recourse. This is basically theft.

The order was completed in early February. As of mid-April, it still hasn't arrived.

I am not sure what to really say. I placed an order with Aloha on the 18th of Feb 2023, hoping for the delivery within a week. One would consider that to be a standard time. On the 20th of Feb I received an email explaining the whole process of producing it in a quasi bespoke way, to be more environmental friendly. Allegedly production is done in Bielsko-Biala. I was taken by surprise with the company policy, but accepted it. On the 2nd of March I contacted Aloha again to get an update about my order. I was informed about the time frame to be usually set to 21 days. After that time I contacted Aloha again, only to be told about additional delay.
It is 14th of April. Almost two months after placing my order and it is still pending to be produced. Two months!!! The terrible experience I have been receiving would make one think that the alleged production is not done in Poland but rather in China, and the delay in shipping the container with Aloha products is the real reason orders are not processed in the expected time. I cannot say anything about the quality of their products as I would have to receive them first to be able to make a judgment about that. Overall the whole experience is on the top of the worst customer experience from an e-commerce company. Please avoid them at all cost. If the situation continues as it has been the next step will be contacting trade standards body in Poland to report Aloha and their appalling service.

First they said it usually takes 21 days for the order to ship. That did sound already much but, well, ok. After the 21 days I asked again. They said they have a delay of extra 2 weeks. That deadline passed also. Today, 1.5 months after my order, I received an email that they have QUEUED my order. That they would START working towards fulfilling my order. That they had done absolutely nothing for the past 1.5 months. They tried to offer me 15% off when I questioned this. When I asked them to come back with a better offer and said I can't wait forever as I have only 180 days covered through PayPal, they just cancelled my order. So, they kept my money for 1.5 months, I needed to contact them several times and I never got my products.

Then I was advised to wait till January,

In January I was advised to wait till "one day in February"

Now we're nearly at the end of March and according to tracking my order still haven't been completed let alone shipped.

I placed the order at the beginning of December. After weeks of waiting for new updates, I contacted them about the situation. I got informed that the producing items takes around 21 days, which is fine, and I am okay with waiting.
After more than a month passed, I reached out to ask if there were any updates at the end of February. I got an answer that my order would get sent out in the following days, and I will receive an email with a notification by March 15th.
As there were no updates on March 15th, I reached out again. I was interested in when the items would get shipped or a full refund. I got offered a 15% refund which I refused. After that, Aloha from Deer stopped answering my emails, and the same went for messages on social media when I tried to reach out there.
I tried my luck to call the company. The person who picked up the phone said a 15% discount was coming. I replied that I was never interested in a discount. I wanted to know where my order was after close to 4 months of waiting or if I could receive a full refund. Then the person said that my order should have been shipped already and then changed the story to that it still needed to be manufactured and I should wait another two more weeks.
Just an overall terrible experience if you are up for waiting for months and risking being scammed out of money - good luck shopping with this brand!

Placed order on December 4th. Was really looking forward to get 4 items. Till February 25th did not get any of the items. Order is still marked as pending in the website. Wrote several emails to support, which was not helpful at all. They were saying few different deadlines and after each passed just told that soon it will be shipped. No discount or refund was suggested.
